the wallpaper itself is not bad - yeah,it is rather simple, but since this is your first attempt...
the scan quality is not very good though - you should fix it, either vector it, or do some *hand-cleaning* - i also noticed some extraction problems (just tiny ones). and that *logo* (?) or whatever it is, you should remove it.
so, i hope this helps, try fixing these issues, and post again if you'll have troubles again!

Okay. this is the 2 wallpaper I made but the first to spend to animepaper. If there is thing I could do to make it better please tell me! (:

Vector, vector, vector. That's the main way out of this one. The text on the side could be better, but other than that, just vector the scan. Or find a better one that isn't all artifacty like O_o

Vector! the scan has some quality issues and as suggested by members before me, it needs some serious cleaning to take it up a couple of notches. i suggest you remove the pink oval chobits logo thingy in between the two girls because it looks out of place. and I also noticed that the black ribbon on the "dark" chii (is that her name =/ i haven't watched any of this show) is cut off. you need to fix that--either reCG in (meaning you draw it) the remainder of the ribbon or hide it behind your flower column. i dunno. and though the font on the right could be improved to be even more exciting, the main problem still lies with the scan, as should your attention.

Ok, before you do anything else, you need to read the guide. Any wall submitted without a signature will be automatically rejected. So first things firts, add your signature to the bottom.

After that, take some of the suggestions here and clean up the scan. Your extraction really isn't that bad, but I'm sure that you aren't going to clean this up without vectoring it, which might be more work than you want to invest for your first wall. I think you should vectorize it and do a litle modifications at the bg. But the idea is cool ^^
