Is the first time that I decide to announce one of my wallpapers in Animepaper, I hope to know if it is good the work or not?

Composition is good but there are some things that need improvement.
I would remove the text, or make it less noticeable, since you have such a big pic on the wallpaper, a text that's so flashy makes the wallpaper look too overdone.
Also, it would look better with the pic sharper. And the parts where the pic blend with the white part of the wallpaper, could do with a softer look.

Hm... Quite a good start, but a few things could be improved on. The text could be a bit more readable, and the brushing could be more random. Good start, though xP.

I agree with her but its beautiful too! Considering I can't do it..

Its hardly perfect, but on the whole, its nicely done!

I think the background is beautiful but the actual picture looks very harsh and brings down the quality of your wallpaper.

Oke, here's my rant:

1) Your resolution isnt really acceptable nowadays. Although the minium requirement is 1024 x 768, I suggest you work on higher resolutions such as: 1280 x 1024 or even better 1600 x 1200. When users use a higher resolution and stretch out your wallpapers it really may look pixely and therefor ugly, we wouldnt want that! =(.
2) Your logo / text is catching more attention then the rest of the wallpaper which isnt a good thing. The characters should be the main focus of your wallpaper and the text/logo removes that focus. Toning down the colors might do the trick.
3) The brush thingies @ shaorans head and @ the right side (if you place yourself in her position) of Sakura? Is it snow? or merely an attempt to creat an effect? Whatever it may be, you really must consider removing it. The rest of the wallpapers looks really calm and soothing, the brush effect kinda disturbes that feeling... which is a pity.
4) The light on your wallpaper may be a bit overdone, although it creates a nice atmosphere, you may consider to tone it down a little bit.

It looks like it needs a little work done, though...
Um...I like how soft it looks, but somehow doesn't look finished.
