Base On my Eye ... does this boy is you take that ' picture ' from some 'video' anime in the computer i mean screen capture ? the out line is seem some little blur effect that you suppose to make it more darker or smart blur it to cover the blurness ..or this cause by the green layer ? ... if i guess wrong plss don comment me because I learn from some body and i still beginner also

The screenshot thing is a definate no-no, but you have other problems too, it seems that all that text and the bordering around the text is the most eyecatching thing in the entire wall...which is not a good thing, and for some reason when I see this...I think it looks more like a banner/signature in a wallpaper resolution...
I dunno maybe it's just me...and uh...if you want this wallpaper to go any further...I suggest you vector the screenshot...

Sanity is a prerequisite to discovering one is insane...
I spy a screenie o3o. Vector that, screens aren't that hard to do. Also, you should make the character the main focus of the wall, rather than the overwhelming greenness. Also, try to avoid overdoing the text. One or two lines is fine. And the last thing! Put the sig at the bottom. We all know who it came from, we don't need to see the credits all over the place. Once you do those few edits, it should look nice x3. Gewd luck with that.
