This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Ah, I see. So after approving is possible to change to even a not listed resolution.

The first was a 4:3 wallpaper. The low res widescreen version has been added later.

°akiranyo 20 minutes ago
Kath: That means that the first was 1440x900?

^hatesyou 23 minutes ago
The 1280x800 version has been uploaded by the user as a first revision. Might pay to get your facts straight before complaining.

°akiranyo 25 minutes ago
We should go up with resolutions not down. Btw AP resizes 1440x900 automatic to 1280x800.

Oh, fellow widescreen users eh

Im glad, because 1280x800 fits my laptop screen :3

°akiranyo 36 minutes ago
Hmmm, AP makes such a big fuss about resolutions, but I see again a 1280x800 being accepted. Not even listed.

Now that I think about it, yeah. The animation could be better; I hope it gets better.

I dont think so at all. Bleach seems to have more filler that before, repeatedly getting away from the action a true storyline but i dont feel that the detail in the animation has declined much at all. It may have changed a little since that start...but that is all.
-i skipped most of the filler episodes so i cant comment on those, only the newest episodes and the original ones.

I think its a great show probably cause I never read the manga. I also think that at times they do ramble a little longer than they should. They seem to talk just to take up time cause before they would talk and it would be interesting to hear everything they said but after the fillers they seem to talk for the pleasure of taking up time but don't get me wrong the action is well worth it its just they ramble a little too long.

You are definitely not the only one with these feelings.. I can kind of see that they are trying to prolong Bleach as long as possible so that it wont chase up to the manga storyline so quickly... Take one or two scene as an example.. A scene where Yoruichi is eating... They had to show her doing that and Ririn passing her new food for at least one minute... What the hell?? And another scene where they had to show Ichigo lying on his bed for 30 secs or so... Makes me lose a bit of my mood watching Bleach now...

I don't really understand why Bleach anime has to take so many chapter for one episode. What I mean is, ep 116 took 3 chapter, and they had to put filler (not very original filler I might had, after one minute of watching yoruichi eating, it wasn't even funny anymore) plus the quite annoying preview at the beginning. Others anime don't have to do that, the second part of the Naruto anime juste began and it manage to swiftly introduce filler, interesting filler at it, and as of now they made 4 episode with very little chapter. But it's not that recent, before the filler, Bleach was 60 episode long, for about 20 volume, 180 chapter, that's 3 chapter by episode. At this rythme they'll have to make another filler quite soon. I just hope it'll be better than the last. Well I'm a little bit off topic here, so about the animation, lastly they seem to be trying to reajust, after the crapy animation of the filler. But sometimes they just seem to switchback to pretty bad animation.

It definantly has. You can look at screencaps from the current run and they're just...horrible. It's why I stopped watching Bleach as soon as we got Bount.

I think the quality for the battle scene espescially in 118 showed the quality is still there but invested in aspects of the show where it really needs it

Dont forget they just finished doing a feature length film not too long ago. and 'filler-quality' is far superior compared to Naruto, Prince of Tennis, Digi Charat, Blood+, Kiba, Pokemon, and hunter x hunter in my opinion.

I think i said this in another bleach thread, but i think they're trying different types of comedy like the yorichi dinner scene was one of the best jokes i've seen in a while. It's reminiscent of Family Guy-style of jokes which i think most of the world wont get unless they actually watch it. how can you say theres no action? did you watch the same 5 episodes i did (113-118)? Lets break down the action sequences shall we?
113: Chad + Inoue first encounter Arrancar (Inoues FIRST real fight)
114: Ichigo gets ass kicked, saved by Urahara + Yoruichi
115: *no action, stage setting episode*
introduce who're fighting in this arc
Soul Society brings help and Ichigo is reunited w/ Rukia
(insert love triangle)
116: *no action, calm before storm episode*
(you know extended shows have a "calm before the storm" episode)
Soul Society group have to find where to sleep since they're staying
in the real world. More love triangle revealed.
117: Rukia KICKS @$$ with her zanpaktou "Sode no Shirayuki"
Chappy Rukia is revealed "PYUN!"(these two points definitely makes
up for the last 2 episodes)
118: Ikkaku also kicks @$$ and reveals his stage 1 Bankai
(gave me goosebumps when i saw the power of it!)
Fight continues to ep 119

How can you not love this show? :) well im a hardcore fan since this show singlehandedly kicked my butt back into the anime scene, so much i almost lost my GF :P Now she watches bleach with me, and even has a chappy head tassel on her phone PYUN!

No i don't think so but then again maybe it as. It looks like to me it as been the same animation they have used since the first episode i think they need to up the animation a lil more cause the older the anime looks the better its suppose to look when it first comes out.

Hmm, i haven't watched bleach again since the bounts arc begins. So i'll just tell you my opinion about the animaton quality from the beginning to the end of the soul society arc.

Actually, it's not that good. really... The movement is never smooth. Even in battle scenes (which Naruto seems to give it's best in terms of animation) the animation still lacks. The animation best you can see is when Ichigo fights Byakuya with his bankai i think. That was the smoothest movement i can remember...

I hope we can see more kickass animations in the new arc...
