What do you do when you are angry..
Sometimes when i feel angry i would have the tendency to say things that hurt someone...then i would end up feeling regretful and guilty...if i have nobody to vent my anger on, i would be destructive things such as handling my things roughly to break them...i wonder, if there is any other more healthy ways to 'disperse' our anger?

I draw or write it out. Sometimes I go find a wall to smash my fists against.
Hm ... when I'm mad, I used to write anger letters, or vandalise my parent's bedroom. xP But I haven't done that recently, so either I;'m not getting mad, or I'm resorting to crying in my bed, thumping my bed and bedroom walls, or cursing VERY loudly. (I once did that when I was playing World Cup and the f*cking ball his the f*cking crossbar. - Just writing about that makes me ANGRY. xP)

In fact,I do not angry very often,because if the affair which can take me offence happen,I think just feel
angry is useless.That can not change anything.
But when I get really angry,I will find a quiet place to cool my head and try my best to control my feeling.
If that is helpless,I think I may tell it to my my best friend or just forget for a while.
Personally speaking,after a good sleep,everything would be all right!

I'm not angry often that I have to smash something or do some other impulsive thing...
But when I'm have those times and I'm at home, I just lock myself in my room and put on my loudest, most screamiest hardrock CD and put the volume up high. And I start drawing something or even homework if I'm in a strange mood, just something that keeps my mind off.
Then after a half an hour it's all okay

I am a very clam guy who gets (really) angry one time every year or so...but when it happens, for some strange reason a I dont undertand...I smile without noticing o_o (or at least, thats what others tell me...)

Well, I try to not get angry to begin with. But when I do get angry I just keep it all inside =D. Sometimes I just listen to music to calm me down. Everyone once in a while though when I can't keep my anger inside anymore I explode like a bomb. BOOM! lol, but then right after I lash out I feel all bad. Which is why I try to keep my anger inside to begin with.

It depends on why i'm angry. Usually i lock myself in my room and listen to music. Music calms me down the most. Also i swear and yell a lot.

Controlling means that i eat non stop until my stomach grows big haha ^^
Nothing really D: i can't do anything about it, which makes people think im really layed back and never ever worry
When I get really angry I usually swear very hard and loud, but that also makes my mom angry because it's possible that the neighbours can hear my loud outburst. ^^
