I made a very simple wallpaper using a screenshot from episode 4 and some brushes from "endlessrain"(thanks for sharing them)

Thas nice but i think the bg is to simple ^^ perhaps you can add something like sakura tree or you can add some abstarct gb ^^

I hope you didn't intend to actually submit this wall here, 'cause you will be losing 100 papers then. But let me help you:
The outlines of the character are jagged. You should redraw them for a start. Plus, the eyes look a bit strange. Too big (pupils). The background is VERY simple, as it's just a few strokes with the leaf-brush. Make it more interesting! Take a look at the screenshot and get inspiration from the background used there (city, forest, plains?). And as finishing touch, put a nice text in it.
