Well, this is my first Wallpaper!
In the past days I have seen the anime of Lovely Complex! and I really like so, I was inspired to do something in the photoshop.
I work hard in this!!

Well, it's nice for me. this is just my opinion, i think with the town or mall background is more nice so they got some descriptions that they are on a date in a mall or just sightseeing around town. but, still nice work for your first wallpaper. keep up the good work bro.

For your first wall, it's not bad at all~
Though... I'd advise using the same "style" of detail, at least with the few you have on yours. (By that I mean the rainbow/cloud/etc.)
The cloud stands out more than the rainbow because it's not as opaque and is outlined.
I'd either use the same effect on that as the rainbow or vice-versa.
The heart between them also takes away from the scan... I'd lower the opacity/etc.

In addition ot what others said above, I notice the scan of the two kids is jagged in some places. Around her right shoulder, and where his hand is in his pocket, especially. I would smooth those out. :)

You picked a good image to edit, try to make background for them. Make them like in a town or a park. Pay attention to the image. They don't extracted well, try using vector!^^
