This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Ah, I see. So after approving is possible to change to even a not listed resolution.

^hatesyou 25 minutes ago
The first was a 4:3 wallpaper. The low res widescreen version has been added later.

°akiranyo 27 minutes ago
Kath: That means that the first was 1440x900?

^hatesyou 29 minutes ago
The 1280x800 version has been uploaded by the user as a first revision. Might pay to get your facts straight before complaining.

°akiranyo 32 minutes ago
We should go up with resolutions not down. Btw AP resizes 1440x900 automatic to 1280x800.

Oh, fellow widescreen users eh

~thebigfatwhale 33 minutes ago
Im glad, because 1280x800 fits my laptop screen :3

°akiranyo 43 minutes ago
Hmmm, AP makes such a big fuss about resolutions, but I see again a 1280x800 being accepted. Not even listed.

Last night, as I watched the last episodes of Chrno Crusade. It was as beautiful as it was powerful, really magnificent way to end it all. Couldn't have been better.

That's the only time so far, but it will come. . .

And geeze, use spoiler tags

A few have brought me close to crying (RahXephon, NGE, Mahoromatic, Elfen Lied).

But only two have made me cry. The ending of Air brought tears to my eyes, and the ending of Chrno Crusade.

I don't usually cry over any sad moments, I do tear a bit, but not enough to call it crying. Anywho, a man who cries over a really sad scene is a real man, I would think he's the ultimate male (no kidding) unless he's a real whiny little thing.

There have been two very emotional series that brought me to tears. One was Chrno Crusade,

and the other was Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, twice in Kimi actually.

...Well I was tearing up like a little school girl at the end of Kimi.

I agree with sakai. Saikano is definetly one of the saddest, I cried the most on episode 9 because of a certain death (can't spoil). Air also made me cry alot during the last episodes. As did Now and then, here and there, one of the most beautiful animes ever. Almost every episode was very dramatic so it did for a good cry.

Totally the same. XD The most recent anime I cried at was Fate/stay night. Ya know, the ending/last episode. I couldn't help but feel sorry for Shirou.

Hmmm, Air and Chrno Crusade. The endings of these two series were one the most emotionally dramatic things that I've ever seen in anime! Hell, I must've watched the "walking scene" in Air (episode 12) and the "porch scene" in Chrno Crusade (final episode) at least 50 times each. Actually, I even made an AMV (anime music video) for Air, which you can view here.
