I like the simple color and all, especially of the scan, but the BG kinda seems jagged, I mean why are there gaps in the outlines of every object in the background? Besides that, its all right I suppose. Never really saw a wallpaper like this b4. Almost like a picture book scene.

Oh the outline was like that in the scan i thought it looked ok so i kepted it i guess i get rid of it then ^_^

To me, the lines on the clouds and moon still look jagged. You should vector it and it'll look better.
Also, it's kinda weird to me how the Souji is so light-colored compared the bg.

The girl in the foreground doesnt match the BG at all! lol she looks completely stand-out-ish. if you alter her colors to more like the BG, in saturation, it would fix a lot of things!
also, the font is silly. its old and everyones seen it, and it doesnt match this wall. i think you should choose a different font and then try to blend it in a little. you shouldnt just type something on to the image.

My opinion can be diferent from the others but I think this wall is strange o.o
You could make the lines from the clouds and the background darker...they seem to have some fails and so as the sun...But its good I think you just need to change the lines =b
