Wide screen:
WXGA - 1440x900
WSXGA+ - 1680x1050
WUXGA - 1920x1200
WQXGA - 2560x1600
Any wallpaper resolutions outside the above list will be rejected from the approval queue or deleted if found/reported. Please take note that 1024x768 is the minimum wallpaper resolution at AP.

You can try to do one soft pink vector-based background and add any romantic text, for instance.
It's difficult to think what to do when you have these types of scans.

Sorry to say i don't think i have much of an opinion :o I do keep getting distracted by the hearts, but that might just be since you mentioned it :)
Its abit simple, though thats a style itself..i can't see anything overly bad, i can't see anything overly good, in the nicest way possible :)
You could shrink your sign to fit under the start bar, maybe even a slightly lighter color to stand out less (as you know admins still need to be able to find it, no-1 else wants to though :) )
Theirs a few lines in the vector that seem to go wonky or have some gaps here and there, mostly the hair.
Don't forget the resolution like someone else mentioned :)
I'd be interested to see how it looks with different shades of color.

Might want to read what I said earlier. At the current resolution it isn't acceptable.

that resolution isnt acceptable, make it 1024 in weight (1280x1024)
if its because her head is cutted, re-cg it. isnt that hard
about the concept, isnt that great, but fits the scene. its nice
