Lucid dreams
So my question is have you guys have this lucid dreams before?I,myself did.I don't know how but i just know that i am in the dream. When i know that i was in the dream,i can do anything i want because it is just a dream.I can simply destroy anything without being captured since it is a dream ...hahaha...so fun.Then...i can even breath when i was under the water.I remember once when i dream that i fell in to the sea and i have difficulties in breathing. The feeling was so real...i gasp for oxygen but i can as i was drowning. Then something come across my mind. Wait i am in the dream(don't ask me how i know,i just know, even i don't have idea how i know it)So i quickly calm down and start to breath in the water because i know i can breath in the water in my dream. So,i did overcome that terrible situation.I finally can breath in the water and i feel so much relieved and relaxed ...then i woke up from my dream. It really help much [/small] when i know i am actually in my dream. How bout you guys?[
2.This is my second question for those who experience lucid dreams..Do you guys feel tired afer waking up from lucid dream.Sometimes i found myself very tired once i woke up from lucid dreaming cause i did many things in my dreams...How bput you guys..do you get tired?
3.Another question..well there are times when i cried in my dreams.I cried in my dreams..i felt the tears. It was so real but when i woke up..there were no sign of tears at all.Well, normally people cried in the dream and they will too when they woke up from the dream. So is it just me or anyone of you have the same situation like me?

That would be a rather amazing experiencing I'm sure, immensely fun and revitalising, I've never had one sadly... but if I did I probably wouldn't want to wake up. It's probably for the best that they don't happen too often to lots of people as people would probably end up disliking reality because your dreams would be so much better, thus causing reclusiveness... I dunno... but yeah, you're a lucky person to be able to experience them. Do you find that you prefer the dream world to reality at all?

I want to experience a lucid dream too
But that time I was so young,
I can't remember what happen in it.
But I don't mind having another!
I don't remember the details but it happened around 7 years ago if I remember correctly.
Ad also, I know when I'm having a nightmare, and I can make myself wake up from it if it gets too bad.

hmm...i just don't compare whether i love the dream world or the reality. To me...it
is a competely different world
I know when I'm having a nightmare, and I can make myself wake up from it if it gets too bad. I remember this time I realized I was in a dream, and thought to myself "I wonder if I can grab something from this dream and wake up with it in my hands" So I grabbed something, I don't remember what, and made myself wake up. Blah it didn't work of course. >xD
I thought it was normal and everyone could do it. o_O I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact I have reoccurring dreams as well. ~_~
Anyway.. It's pretty cool. ;P
But yeah, Bernouli was pretty shocked when I told her most people couldn't do it. =P
In fact, i experienced some dreams like that.I felt the hit -_- , and i couldn't breath in a foggy weather and i was trying to breathe O.o and i remember one of my dreams was like real and when i woke up i realized it was just a dream.
BernouliI can also do it, and I didn't realize it was special or called Lucid dreaming till I was told not too long ago when I was discussing it with my boyfriend. I do it almost every night and have been able to since I was pretty young. =/ I know when I'm having a nightmare, and I can make myself wake up from it if it gets too bad. hmm...well..ya sure.Sometimes when i was having nightmare,i tried to wake up myself.I don't grab something, but i stuggle with myself.Keep calling myself to wake up.It was so difficult to wake up.ARRR.. know i'm half awaken at that time, but i just
stuck in that dream and can hardly control my body(not the body in dream). When i finally wake up from the dream,i am so tired.I think this has nothing to do with the fact whether you have reoccurring dreams because i don't have reoccurring dreams.
There's a page in Wikipedia for this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis
And then the almighty me kicks in and says: STOP

And then I get control and kick some butt of the bad guys. lol(_/)..
