Well well well... Looks like a nice start... But you have a lot of work to do to be accepted into the gallery.
So first correct the left side scan : you need to get back to a normal level of saturation. Right now the colors looks like they are with a white filter on...
Also I really hate that white outline you add around all your characters... But that's just a matter of taste... So keep what ever you like.
About that scan, you also need to make a better shadow if you want to avoid the feeling that your characters are floating in the middle of the background.
Make the shadows rounder and bigger. Don't hesitate to make them a bit too large... It's always possible to resize it down later.
As for the logo... It's nice but really don't fit the background style and the copy of it behind really sucks... If you wanted to make a shadow or something... Make it grey or black and don't put it that far.
The vector lines are VERY jaggy and are too brown... You have so much brown on this wall... It's pretty depressing I have to say :( Even thought your characters look full of energy.
The flowers in the background are all the same... Check out on www.deviantart.com to found different sets of brushes. You'll probably found really nice brushes you'll be able to use here.
The front character is fine but the white outline looks a bit jaggy. Make sure you extracted it fine.
Good luck.

First of all I want to say this is a very good attempt at a first wall! There is a high standard here so don't be discouraged~ it's all part of developing skills and such =D
besides what has already been commented (jagged edges and such), I personally have a problem with the default font you're using for kanji characters (it's like using Times New Roman for english text on a wall) and it really doesn't suit the look you're going for. It's also kinda 'in your face' and taking attention away from the characters. Another note is that outer glow isn't tolerated very well here, so I'd suggest avoiding that use.

Here is what I would do:
• Diverge from the all-orange scheme a bit. A cloudy layer with Hue overlay mode could do the trick.
• Remove the white strike. It's awful.
• Add a reason why the character to the right is so large. I know that you mean her to be "near" and it probably lacks the legs anyway, but try to underscore the proximity with some lighting, anything.
• The default Mincho font is indeed cheap. I've also used a serif kanji font once, but at least I used Kochi Mincho, which is a bit more fancy variant available for free. Here I suggest, if you have access to a scanner or a camera, to draw the "ikkitousen" kanji by hand and then transfer it into the computer. It should have more success if some IRL effort is put in.
• Add some shadows under the sitting girls.
•Fix the pixels on the ochre "arc".
And as a side double-note, Otaku in your avatar is commonly written in katakana and it is an insult to be called as such.

Nice, but you should really remove the white borders, the destroy the wall...
