Its my first time doing a wallpaper and I'm not really experienced yet photo editing so comments would be gladly appreciated.

Some children are going to have a seizure if they saw this. avoid overly bright neon colors... background really needs a lot more work. and also kururu and the cross' image quality is quite low. at least choose some better quality images especially if you're going to make them your focal point.

For a first attempt it's not bad at all, but for it to meet the standard here, a lot of work will have to be done. The idea in itself is not bad at all- problem is, like Crackhead pointed out, the image qualities are bad. So if you want to use them, I'd fix up the scans. I also have a problem with the 'text everywhere', I'd leave the side texts out altogether. Additionally maybe try having a more layered/patterend background, because that gray looks way too dull. I think neon colours can work well though, if done properly.

The colours are rather messy on her socks and skirt. You might want to try adding a pattern in the background or changing the gray background because the colours don't mix well with it.
