This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Ah, I see. So after approving is possible to change to even a not listed resolution.

The first was a 4:3 wallpaper. The low res widescreen version has been added later.

Kath: That means that the first was 1440x900?

^hatesyou 25 minutes ago
The 1280x800 version has been uploaded by the user as a first revision. Might pay to get your facts straight before complaining.

We should go up with resolutions not down. Btw AP resizes 1440x900 automatic to 1280x800.

Oh, fellow widescreen users eh

Im glad, because 1280x800 fits my laptop screen :3

Hmmm, AP makes such a big fuss about resolutions, but I see again a 1280x800 being accepted. Not even listed.

Hello hello!
I've been here for a while, and I thought I'd finally post a wallpaper (gosh I'm lazy) >.< So I thought I'd use an L wallpaper I made~ I personally like it, but I'd still like some critique on how I can make it better (because I KNOW it could be better).

So, comments and critique would be greatly appreciated ^-^

Long Live L!

Hmmm, interesting wall =] Maybe if it actually had a noticeable border it could help it, because I'm not quite sure where it starts and where it ends xD L's hair is somewhat white at the top and a little blurry and maybe if you concentrated the colours a bit more xD? I think that would make it more appealing. ^^

I agree with crimson a real border would help also if you made what L is wearing and his hair a bit darker cause its not that bright in the anime or in the movie

I'm not sure if a border is appropriate with what you seem to be aiming for.
The first thing I'll advise is change of font. I really don't like it, and the bright red outline around the text don't really match with the washed out colours (this is the same with the blood stains in the background). I'd either adjust the colours of the picture to make (like what the others said) it a really dark goth looking wall (that would work with the blood stains), or tone down that red.
