Since I'm did not see the anime nor read the manga, but I don't think the background really captures attention. You might want to use another render(picture) because this one is quite plain. I don't think the Gallery will accept this.
You can mess with the background using Gradient Tool then add some Burn Tool.

Noise filters only give style to wallpapers in a very decent amount and in alliance with other filters/textures which are used on wallpapers. Just taking the noise filter doesn't bring any effect aside from that that the wall looks overfiltered and grainy.
You really should get rid of the filter or at least reduce it to a small amount.
The green color seems a bit off for me cause by thinking about Vampire Knight and colors the first which comes to my mind is red and not green.
The pink color of the font isn't a good choice cause it doesn't work with green.
My suggestion would be:
1. Get rid of the filter (noise)
2. Choose another color for the wall
3. The text "Kaname X Yuki X Zero" should be improved. Another font would look much better I think and the color needs to be less pinkish and bright.
4. Your signature should be placed more discreed. I suggest the bottom of the wall or if you want to go on with it in the middle of the wallpaper to bind it into the wall better.

I can't say something about the quality of the wall cause the noise effect makes that impossible. It would be nice if you could upload a version without the noise and maybe a link to the original scan. If you have done that we can say more about the quality (extraction etc.) of the wallpaper.
