After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Are images with watermarks acceptable? I’ve seen a few scans on here with them. Also, if a scan already exists in its respective gallery, but mine’s better, what happens then?

Apparently, I was fined a few papers for accidentally making the same thread. I like how the admins hurried to take away papers rather than answer my questions.

You're not "fined" for making the same thread. Papers are earned for posts etc, and if a thread is deleted, so are the papers. Perhaps you should read the guide so you can understand the hows and whys of papers instead of deciding we're all against you.

Watermarks on scans are fine, and if you submit a scan that actually is better quality than one in the gallery, then it will be replaced.

How come I am unable to comment on any kind of wallpaper and put tags on scans? .......Have I done something wrong that I was unaware of (; w ;)? Is it too late to find a solution for these kind of problems? I want to know very badly (; W ;)!
