Oh,this wallpaper is beautiful,I like its style.I think 1st you should read the AP Guide, and if you want to check whether your wallpaper is up to snuff youcan post it in this region.I am new here, too. At first I was fined a lot, then I asked some kind people here for help and I did as what they told me.I have just post a wallpaper here and I am waiting for a reply.
Hmm the scan extraction is not good, try to clean up a little bit. The bg is to empty and simple also, maybe you can try to use some gradient tool, or adding some texture.
Good Luck ^^

Oh, thank you so much you guys! ^^ I thought no one was gonna answer, but I guess I'm wrong. I'll try to clean my png every time its grainy and try to find a cool png to use. :3 Maybe try to put in a background that fits it! Thank you soo much!
Now a question how can you get -200 papers? (sorry noob too -_-)
and i think the thing that is wrong in you paper is your scan and about one more thing, dont post here without a new version because you cant repost (learned that recently, thanks for the help)

How can you get -200? Just by posting walls or scans without reading the AP guide and without knowing anything about walling or quality requirement of the site! :D easy isn't it!? ^_^
About this wall :
First the scan is WAY TOO BAD QUALITY!! You cheat on it by playing with the saturation but we can see on the ears of the bunny that this scan is all grainy and stuff... So you need to clean it... Here is a tutorial you can use...
Second the background... Did you check on others wall? Did you see some differences with your own?
Don't tell me you don't. Yours only some shapes you put with some random shadows not even useful... I know it sounds hard but I really don't know how people can submit walls like this one and asking WHY it has been rejected... Reading the AP guide is the FIRST thing you need to do here!
It would have saved you a lot of time and paper...
But anyway about the background you can keep the idea of the forest or landscape background but first get some nature brushes. I mean trees, grass, leaves and stuff like that. You can go on www.deviantart.com to found a lot of them. Cause you have only one brush for the grass and it's not enough.
Then you need to change the font and found some more funny and better looking font. You need some original text with original style... Go on www.dafont.com to found all what you always dreamed of.
If you wanna do some mountains why not try this tutorial? I never used it but I guess it can be of use. It could be a good start. You'll have some mountain and also a sky...
But not sure it fits the scan... But anyway that can be fixed when the scan will have NORMAL colors. Playing too much with the saturation is a bad thing!
Also note that using sharper shapes with some ordinary scans isn't really fine cause it's not the same style. If you want to use that kind of simple shapes you need to have a vector scan... But that's an other story! ;)
First get the scan in a better shape and think about the way you want your wall to look like...
Good luck and don't forget to read the AP guide!

DanalmNow a question how can you get -200 papers?
you get fined and then you go into the negatives.
now the scan has some iffy edges that you'll need to smooth out. as well, it seems overexposed (overly bright) so that some of the lines disappear and makes it look kind of bad. if you are not sure how to fix that and it is like that in the original image, then it is advised that you try to find a better quality image. AP is very tough on low quality or quality that's not at its best.
and the bg is a bit too simplistic and flat compared to the colors of the scan. you only have shapes and fills. that's not going to be good enough at AP. you'll have to add detail into the work, such as the grass. (if you are going to keep that brushed grass, you'll have to brush all the green stuff, or else it looks odd). you'll have to add proper shading and everything. and that means you must also get rid of the drop shadow. it doesn't look good. the drop shadow gives the shapes a flat cardboard floating look... floating trees don't seem quite logical and neither does cardboard clouds...or sun.
so try to deal with your scan and redo parts of your bg so that the whole wall will show lots of effort and creativity. =] good luck.
