Hmmm... Can you give us a little detail what you've done to the wallpaper or what you want to hear? Anyways, here are a few suggestions on your wallpaper:
- It's not the write size. The minimum size is 1024x768px. At the moment your's is 800x742px. You should fix that.
- It might be just me but the whole thing just looks like a blur... too blurry. It's either your scan that blurry or you need to reduce the blur you applied to it.
- I like the font you choose but the title is disoriented. I don't really like how it's just there. Maybe you could move it or remove it altogether.
- It's too simple. Maybe you could add a background instead of just plain black like some swirls or something... or you could put them in a room or something. They look like they're floating.
- You need a signature at the bottom of the wallpaper so people will know it's yours.

Okay.. I'm very new at this too, but I'll try to help anyway..
First. It's way to blurry. i had to work hard to distinguish her face, at first I didn't even recognise her as a human being! So, try making it more clear and make the chars stand from the bg.
Second. Make the bg something that accompanies the mood of the wall. I'd say a night would be nice, maybe with a full moon and stars, something romantic would suit it. If you want it to be more dramatic maybe you could somehow separate them, like make the characters in different shades but do not blur them so much.
Third. The tittle should refer to what you see. There areno wings in the wall, maybe you could change it to Broken Hearts or something and make it fit into the hole pic because it looks as if it is dropped there by accident.

First, like everybody said it's too blurry, maybe you need to reduce it. Second the bg is empty, dont make it plain black, maybe you can add moon, stardust, etc.
Try upload it into www.imageshack.us , photobucket tends to reduce your size.
And lastly, for me the text doesnt suit with the theme.
