Hm, well first, youre gonna have to fix it up. did you enlargen sakura? because she looks very pixellated around her face. hmm....what program did you use to make this wall? because it definitely doesnt look like a photoshopped wallpaper..

Actually i did it with photoshop but I'm not very good at..... well I'm practicing that... the image its not enlarged... i don't know why it looks pixeled... I'm trying to make my first wall soo... i hope more comments... txs a lot... i apreciate every comment because i know the time you spent to comment at my work,.. Well, your wallpaper definitly didn't get rejected because of a poor composition. That's fine. What it looks like you did was set the compression rate way too high, or you saved it multiple times and compressed it further each time. That's why you're getting all that noise on the face and pretty much everywhere else. What you need to do is go back to your .psd file and export it again. Only this time, set the file compression much lower.
Also, your text is a little rough. Try and smooth it some.

I say, why don't you put a faded picture of Syaron, [sigh…I spelled it wrong…I know…] in the space, or of the gang? They should be faded, sorta like an old memory type fading…
This was that Sakuraflow wall paper right? you made some good changes but I have some suggestions. i think you should put some thing on the blue bg. either vector it or put some text on it. and you used photoshop right?
why don't you try experimenting on the filters, smudge tool, and transform to make a good design for the bg. you dont have to change the color of the bg, just give it some variety. good luck. =)

Well i try to put as mrs yoshiko... saids a image like a memory of sakura... thsi its waht i have done i hope it becomes better with help... a lot of help...^^

The concept is nice but for the back image (sakura & syaoran), you need to fix syaoran hairs, I can see the cease accross his hairs, and also you need to clean the image, I still can see the white line around it.
