I don't think the background really goes, it's more serious, and chibis are more... cute. but I do love how the colors work together.

The picture is good, i really like the wall, but i'll change the bg color, i dont know, maybe red, black or orange like ichigo hair xD

Ichigo has a serious expression but normally for that scan, people would use less serious colors than this dark dark blue. lighten it up and experiment with colors. the overall use of colors can be quite important in making a wall look its best. =]

as well, i'd say let the border go. borders are difficult to nail perfectly and they don't often add a lot to the wall. it is a personal opinion but i'm here to speak my mind. and i also am normally against duplicating the foreground scan for the background. most of the time, all it does is just filling up space. =/ but after all, my comments are only suggestions and what you consider or ignore is up to you.

but i assure you there will be more people inclined to agree with the capitalized enthusiasm of the first two (melly and angilic-blossoms) about the total adorableness of chibi ichigo. ;P chibi walls always have loving fans. ^^

This wall is really cute but I don't like the square texture you put on the biggest part of the wall. For me it's just not necessary...
And about that duplicated scan in the background why not make it dark as a shadow? Or just remove it? I don't feel like it's really useful to the chibby style of the wall...

I love the background but then again I also don't really look at it like a chibby background... And it's kind of giving a serious and strange look to the wall.

For me (for once I don't have the same point of view than Asa) I really like the frame and even if it doesn't bring anything to the scene... It's a nice touch...

The only thing I really feel like TOO serious is the sort of blue ring behind the text... :-s

But anyway sure it will get accepted! ;)

Oh the chibi is kawaii, ichigo looks cute there, and I think I agree with the other, the bg and the image don't match, hmm maybe you can use vector bg or abstract, and maybe add some orange color on it.

One more thing, If I am not wrong that image is a fanart by someone on deviantart, (i'm not really sure) maybe you need to credit the artist if you want to use it on wallpaper.
