If You Had Power
If you could have any powers that you wanted what would they be? What do you think you would probably use them for? Me personally...I would want the ability to move through time. My reason behind this is I have always felt that my life is passing me by really quick. I'm only 18 however I feel like I haven't done anything yet. My ambition is to do something really great that helps people for the better of humanity and maybe even changes the world forever, like the cure to AIDS or Cancer, something that would save a lot of lives. I think that if I hade enough "time" I could accomplish this.
I see you are such a good person you think of other you want to help them "you want to cure aids" you are nice but in this cruel world everybody want power to achieve his desire or ambition if a had power i want to kill everybody and suicide at least after that this world would live in peace may be other people will come may be they would be more humain than us

I would want the power to travel to different dimensions. I would use this to go to an animated world. The world in which Card Captor Sakura lives in, is the place I would want to be.

What exactly is "the power of god"?
I don't want to turn this into a religious conversation, just curious what exactly you're talking about. Lots of different gods have lots of different powers, and some have none at all.

edit: might as well answer the OP as long as I'm posting. I'd want a magic remote control that has a pause button to freeze time, FF and reverse for those "do-over"s, and stuff like picture-in-picture would just be fun!

Good point. I'll clarify by saying the power of the Judea-Christian God. Hell, when you can create a universe, you definitely got some serious power ;)

I'll bite. You're assuming that people will be a concern of mine if I attain Godhood--perhaps they may, but they may not. I like God's "free-will" manifesto, so I'd probably keep that in line. Maybe I'll obliterate all of mankind and start over. Maybe, in the blink of an eye, I'll remove all aspects of violent thought from humans. Maybe I'll leave this earth to its devices, create another in opposite orbit with an advanced technology and see what happens. Remember, I'm a god now, so anything is possible and human morals, values, laws, etc. don't apply to me. My whim can snuff out a star or terraform Saturn. ANYTHING would be possible with godhood.
