Since this answer is close do mine i did answer to this and to your question too, here is my point, if i had power, i would 1st kill everyone around the people who did hurt me all my life, child, men, women, i would have no pity, so that these people who did hurt me so bad feel what i do feel, even if they would never understand the pain i do have inside, but in my mind, it would be moral satisfaction, so i guess my real answer would, if i had power, i would kill me in one go and be no more part of this foolish game called life rather than missing death 5 times already, yeah i did miss it 5 times so far, it seems neither life, nor death wants me, else, if i had power and could not do the 2 option i did mention above, then i would just go far far far away from people, create a world of mine where i would be all alone and where i can teleport all animes and games from this world and play them there in my world.

Lol. Alot of people want the power to fly. I think that the top 2 desires are to fly and to have the power of God. Most people that respond to this question in the forums I have posted have all said the same things pretty much. The you have those angry people that want everyone dead but them or something like that.

If i have power, well i will make the world be a better to live, no war and every thing is good. Then change the moon to be out post for refill the ship to Mar. then change the Mar to be like earth make every thing in order. By terraforming the ground make the water, growth the tree make Oxygen, take human and star the new home for them. then (try) make everyone happy, let them meet the alien exchange the advanced technology. Now i will keep the eye on them if something happen, if it go to the bad way now i got to stop them by crate my own clone army. If it the good way, well... i try to look for someone who suffer, pain,anger and hunger. Then help them out. Everyone will be fine, all of human and alien.

Interesting topic, having the power to manipulate time would have it's benefits like I would love to just stop time and get things done during the freeze moments but then again that would just screw up the rotation of the Earth LOL and I think that curing cancer would be a great thing to accomplish.
I never thought of having power but if I think about it I would like to have the power to move things using my mind (psycho-kinesis is the word I think). With this power I wouldn't have to walk across the room to get a drink or better yet, I would be able to get things where I wouldn't be able to reach with my physical body (like under my bed where my mp3 slip down into XD).

The reason for this is that, while it provides an instant defense, it also allows me to react to things that are about to happen. What I mean is that with the instaneous mental reflexes, you can react faster to things that are travelling at sublight speed.

Another is to remove the gravity in certain objects to allow flight or a better advantageous standpoint. A third is the ability to merge distances between 2 spots and instantly jump between them, in a sense teleportation. The laws of physics can be bent in many ways that you can imagine and in a sense, it could even cross dimensions if you utilize it the right way. Its all up to you.
However, my favorite is to create an instaneous shield. By bending the laws of phjysics a certain way, you can actually create a void space in a certain spot. More people said that they want to fly but i think power its governing people country or mind .i don't think flying or controlling fire or ice or i don't know its power because if you want fly take a plan ;) but controlling mind its the real power for me not controlling mind by psychical power no i think of something more realistic some idea or book i don't know but its power for me

I would like a transforming power. To become someone or something else. I could become a bishounen and then finally the girls would like me. o_o (it's tough being gay.) I could... become a superhero! yeah. so, for a limited period of time i'd have the appearance and abilities of the person of my choice.
