I love this scan and I want to make a wall out of it..
but I really don't know how to clean it...please help me..
how can I make it as sharp and clean as a high quality wallie?..

I only have corel paintshop pro XI in my pc..I previously worked in photoshop cs although now i don't have that installed yet..anyone who can teach me how to do it in this software?

first of all, i never use paintshop pro. xD i'm here just to tell you the little weird stuff, that i found out myself. i don't know this anime actually. haha. well whatever anime this is, the concept of this wallpaper is there already. but, because of you adding the texture above it. it looks poor. don't know that it's a texture above it? but when you put it, the lineart seems broken. looks very stiffy. i suggest you remove the texture. in this wall i prefer the most of the colors. it looks very NICE. i kinda like the way you blend everything. sorry if my critics goes wrong. xD no offense. as always " GOOD LUCK"
