So simple for me, it's not extraordinary but it's a nice work :)
What should I put in there?...I'm suppose to add blood on the eyes just like tears but I don't know how to put or draw a blood in there...can someone teach me how to do that....>_<

You need more lines of skin, folds of skin in around the eyeball , if you can do that the eye will look much more realistic. Mabye add a few small veins into the eye too.
And now the casting for the actors is almost complete,
as we begin the third act.
All that's left is to wait for the curtain to rise.

I think the whole "eye" idea is cool, but the character in the middle is blurry. Also, if you want to make it accurate, the character has to be more curved and rounded in a distorted way so it looks like he's being reflected in the eye. And maybe you might want to make the eye surface shinier so it seems capable of reflection.
How will I do the curved and rounded in the eye in a distorted way...please teach me...>_<...should I use the smudge tool??...
