For starters, it'd look a lot better if it didn't have any excess pixels around the edges of the image. It'd probably look better if you had a background of Kyuubi as well.
Having the text across the wall seems like a bad way to fill up space.
The font you chose is ugly, too.
The extraction of Naruto's bad.
There are jagged lines and some of the background is visible.
Inverting Naruto's color is pretty boring.
It doesn't look good either.
The background's basic.
The white dots aren't adding anything to it, either.
Add a texture, pattern, or some other images at the very least.
To be honest, if it weren't for the extraction, I'd think that you did this in Paint.

I agree. You should clean up your image and turn the text back vertically. Add some color or textures or something to your background.
The character has been extracted poorly, you should try extracting it again. I have to say, I'm not very on love with the composition of this wallpaper, or the design. You might want to rethink what you want to do with this wall.

This is another poor wallpaper... in first place the background not exist only is a black frame!, second the feather of the character naruto is so poor, the only effect that you put it is the photo colour effect, and not is my favourite effect... The letters are so thin, they do not express what they say!, If you say KILL at least put a RED color in your text!!

Having the word "kill" in your wall doesn't necessarily mean that that particular word needs to be red. It depends on the wallpaper and the concept of the image.
