This is my first wallpaper i made i work on it like about 3 weeks. It's pretty simple but for me it wasn't I make a great effort in the thing that was supposed to be the moon. the background is siimple but it was difficult to decide. Well here is it. Ah the tittle is

Uh.. sorry to say that but that wall needs much more work. The background consists of just one radial gradient, some random lines/rectangles and a whitish brushwork behind Alucard. Try to make a good background. Check the photoshop tutorials here on AP and on deviantart. They might help you make a better background.
You could also try to use a stock picture (try google images) and use some filters to make it more interesting. Try a graveyard and a grungy effect. Might to some good.
As it is, this wall is much too simple.
And yeah, the character extraction needs more work. You can see random red lines popping from behind Alucard. Eg. Check the extended arm, the bottom part near the elbow or near the topside of the gun.

You have to work hard.
The best way to get better is trying and trying and trying.

Well, don't be discouraged. This one is better than some others I've seen around. Pretty cool for first try. Maybe vectoring would improve the situation. Find vectoring tutorials via google.

You may want to consider working on the extraction of Alucard. Parts of it look kind of blurry (the right edge of the gun) while other parts look nice and sharp ( left edge of the hair) You may want to consider cleaning that up for some consistency. You're on the right track with the addition of more details to the background in your second version. Good luck with your wall.

Well, it's pretty good for your first...but it seems a tad cluttered...I notice the character has his hair whooshed over to one side as though the wind is blowing, maybe you want to try to convey that feeling? Other than that, I don't know what else I could tell you.

I would not submit it, you need still a lot of work, there are blurry parts in the hair, some blurry stripes or what is it?
You shoul also clean the scan its grainy.
I think the background is confusing too and does not match the title of your wall.
