I'm stuck on which console to buy~ I like the beutiful graphics in PS3 but there's still some nice things in Wii, which one would you choose?

The Wii for Entertainment and the PS3 for Hardcore Gamer.I think it basically depends upon the Money you have in your pockets!

PS3 is the only console for me, but I don't want to be selfish and say that PS3 is the best, it's totally up to each one of us to decide which one suits us best. I have played PS1 and PS2 for but a very long time and I like the games, graphics and so on. All my favorite games are playable there and now final fantasy continues on PS3, Star Ocean 4 as well and there will certainly be other games that I'm interested in. So basically, find what game you want to play. Then, consider whether the console is worth the money, is it good or will you just throw away the money? PS3 costs too much in my opinion, but if you are a real fan and think that you will only buy it once perhaps money won't play such big matter:P

They're both good. it depends on what your looking for. Personally id go for a ps3 because of FF13 and Metal Gear.

I prefer PS3, for finding the better graph, and for existing in him the Final Fantasy 13 and the Final Fantasy 13 Versus.

Wii!! .. well since i am a Nintendo geek but yeah it depends on the money you have. If i had the money i would have bought the ps3 but then you need to have a HD tv and etc. Its really expensive! But there were a lot of of + in Wii, hey my laziness is gone cause of it

Recomend the Wii though, its really fun~

Depends on what you want to do with the console

if you want to play more jap like games, like super mario, zelda, or pokemon
you can buy wii

if you want something less childish, and buy some full home entertainment sistem, i recomend the ps3

PS3 doesn't do well for the "hardcore" gamer either. I've had loads of FUN with my Wii, my friends own either a 360 or a Wii. Wonder why? PS3 is a horrible mistake thrown upon us, WHY was this abomination BUILT!? Sony screwed up hard... I loved my PS2, but damn.. Blue-ray is useless (HD-DVD vs. Blue-ray wars have an end, guess what's going to win? HD-DVD, why? Sony owns Blu-ray, Sony doesn't allow pornography (sadly, this is what decides it, this is why VHS won a while back) While Blu-ray has potential with large amount of storage, BURNING blu ray drives COST MORE than a Terabyte External HDDs... 50Gb doesn't seem to much, now does it? While the potential 100GB Blu-ray disc might one day come to exist, you don't think that's a little overkill? What're you going to stick into that? Porn? Don't think so... (on to another point... only doing 2 for now, less detailed, sure)

Developers HATE PS3's Cell processor, it's too complex and while it's got POWER, but It's uncomfortable, slow and difficult to develop on it. PS3 fans try to sell people PS3's with this fact, yeah, sure is a good point. Cell rules? ahha!

I like my Wii, it's not just for kids. Anyone who says it's a kiddie console should cut the shit... Gaming was always about fun. PS3 doesn't make it any more "adult"... It's, video-games...

I think that comments abit extreme at the end of the day just buy the console that has the most games you want to play, because thats what they're for!

Wii is my current favorite of the two. I own both but i recomend buying the Wii right now because you end up getting more for your money in my opinion. If you have to pick one pick the Wii. If you can afford them both then I recomend that. PS3 is also not a bad buy its just not worth as much game wise as the Wii. A lot of the really good games are on the 360 as well as the PS3. But Once Sony gets games like DMC4 and MGS4 or GT5 it will definatley be worth buying into. While the Wii has resident Evil 4 Wii edition, a personal favorite of mine at the moment.

Stick with either Graphics (PS3) or Gameplay(Wii).

ps3 dosen't have any good exclusive games except for warhawk- trust me my friend made the mistake of buying one and he beats himself up for it every day.

xbox360 and wii should be your only 2 choices :)

Well, I've made a graph of which has the most games I would want to play.

PS3: Final Fantasy Xi, GT5, Shin S??? 5 (Don't know how to spell it>< 真三國無雙5 in jap. or chinese) Star Ocean 4, and, well... I'm not intersted in Hentei and I don't know any other games.

Wii: SSBM X(A little childish button masher game, but I still think it's fun) Zelda(A game you can't miss!!) Tales of Symphonia 2(I love the CG and the story><) Final Fantasy Crystal Choronicles Wii Version

I'm not much of a gamer myself... But I love anime a lot>< And anything that's beautiful And since I don't have a PS2 also... If you add Ps2's game in the Ps3 list, It breaks the tie.
