how do you fight stress?
I just want to know some aid about this thing right now...
Well in my case, it's always useful to meditate but if you want easy stress relieving things, think about something good... they usually work

Psychological, social, and mental stress are devastating to the body, particularly due to the catabolic effects. Also, stress can lead to high blood pressure, hypertension and heart disease.
Is there any simple way to relieve it? Sure: reduce the number of behaviors that cause it. Of course, in reality, that isn't going to happen. School, work, family, etc. cannot necessarily be altered at one's pleasure.
Another way is exercise, be it progressive resistance, aerobic, or a combination. These can go a long way to helping your body deal with the ravaging effects of stress.

I discovered this recently. I found it enjoyable, and helpful.
How i fight stress...i guess by watching anime...yay...all day...i tried not to stress out too much..but sometimes it gets to u...ya know...my best advice is...dont let it get you down..always tried your harderst to think about the positive things in life...i know its hard...but hey you alone have da will power to make it in this world...dont ya think?.....
I relieve stress by playing videogames.
Especially first-person shooters. Either that or watch anime.

Sleep, drink, watch anime or play video games. Basically doing anything that does not require thinking about whatever it is that is stressful.

I like to watch anime when I'm feeling some stress. It allows me to just ignore all my problems in life, yet only for 30 minutes.
Anyways, watch anime, it works for me.

I just find my punching bag and have a go at it, it makes good excercise too

To fight stress.
I usually take a nap.
Watch anime.
Go visit a friend and talk with him/her.

Ugh stress...
The only way I seem to relieve my stress is to hit something, sleep all day, or eat. Just give myself some time away from the source (although it doesn't work sometimes x.o)

I just sit on a chair or sofa and i just don't do a thing.. you won't believe how fast time passes when you are mind is all blank!!.. seriously!
I play videogames or watch anime, that makes my mind travel another place of my imagination and after some hours I forget about my stress.
I do pushups til I can't do them anymore. I'm so powerless to be angry, I just rest.
