The Simpsons movie is really great! For the past years I just watched it on television but now it's already a movie!

I actually find the series funnier. But the Simspons movie did made me LOL at the movies, to my embarrassment, since I usually laugh long ROFL, thus when the rest were finished laughing I was stil llaughing >.<
This movie is really funny because of this movie I forget that time my problems the simpsons in tv is also good.

The movie is really funny.i watched it in french version because the voices of characters(especially Homer and Marge)are really better than the english ones.me too,i like when he said"spider pig"and when he jumped in the sand to escape from the dome
Looks like i'm the odd one out...
I personally find the Simpsons (Show and Movie) to be the most boring thing i've seen. Seriously guys, the jokes suck.
I prefer some sort of evil humor along with a lot of sarcasm.
Simpsons doesn't have that sort of comedy.
I can't seem to understand how people find it entertaining.

I've seen it; I thought that spider pig thing was funnier when I first saw it. Also that *spoilers*to be continued*spoilers* thing got me. It was a funny movie, but I've seen funnier ones.
I like the older simpsons episodes, the newer ones just don't get me to laugh like they used to. Concerning the movie...I liked it to an extent. I don't think it focused enough on the quirky smaller characters of springfield. It hit heavy with the whole homer being a bad dad then making up for it, which seems to have been done many times in the TV series. The movie didn't do the show justice, and it didn't even seem like a movie, more like a realllllly long episode. That's just how I feel

I found it quite funny, and the lines were typical of the Simpsons. I haven't watched the series, but I have seen some clips. Of course, a good line was Bart's writing on the blackboard, at the beginning of the movie: "I will not illegally download this movie"! Priceless, but needless to say I was watching it with a friend on her computer, so...

The movie wasn't that great tbh. (Which I pretty much already knew before I watched it)
The Simpons quality has decreased in the years and it just got worse and worse.
The oldies were the best.
Still , the movie had it's moments.

Oh no question, The Simpsons MOVIE was something that kept me laughing all day, and never let me down all night. This was awesome. I find it odd that in spite of all the heavy advertising and all the hype surrounding The Simpsons MOVIE, it was second in the box office to The Bourne Ultimatum. I suppose it's proof that you don't need to have heavy advertising all over (7-Eleven, Burger King, etc.) to top the box office charts. You just need to have what the people want.
Of course, I don't want to delve into Bourne, since that's not the topic we're talking about. But back to this movie; it's the epitome of a series that is what 16, 17 years running? And it's still going strong. I recommend it.
