Upload it to imageshack, and then I'll give feedback. It's been resized so much that I can't see much.
If you want to ask me, I think the scans seems so grainy and it would be better if you vector it instead of extracting it.
Also, the bg is somehow too simple. Upload it to imageshack.us!

The scans are probably directly from the manga right? So they are manga like... Pretty bad quality... So you need to have a nice look on those.
Also all the stuff you add around the characters and the borders look like they are made with paint... Which is pretty not good looking at all you need to work on nice and smooth lines and curves... You have all those pixels and jaggy lines everywhere.
Also the text the cat is saying is way too small... We can't really read it.
Your composition of this wall is neat... But the scans are bad.
You also need to get some colors or movement in the background. Remember your not designing a strip but making a wall paper...
