Oh, without doubt they're good... But, I'm pretty sure more different types of drivers and cars will come out in Initial D Series.
God Hand and God Foot remind me that, Initial D 4th Stage Arcade came out in Japan. From the info, God Hand, and God Foot gonna be in and you can do a lot more custom work in the car (if you ever play the game)

Do you mean, 3rd stage. Unless you live in Japan you can't play 4th stage yet. And another thing is in 4th stage there isn't Rx-8. They took around 10 cars from 3rd stage.

LOL, I guess, you your car is FF type ( Front Engine Front wheel drive). If you think, drifting FWD is hard, try drifting AWD car like N/A Impreza in dry ground! Now, that's different story. I can drift pretty easy on the snow, but on dry ground, not enough hp to keep my rear tire spinning. Those time, I miss my FC ('91 Rx-7)

Thanks about the advice. Yea... It's hard to make a drift with it. So my father has modified it (but strangely he used a drag spec! now it has around 400HP in it, maybe more). Yup, it needs more speed and skill to make it sliding. so I've been using the handbrake to lock it's rear wheels (and I enter a corner at 3rd gear, then shift the gear down when it starts a sliding). If yo have an FC, it's not too hard to make a drift with it, just bring it at speed 70 km/h, then before you enter a corner, you have to smash the clutch pedal (I read this from Keiichi Tsuchiya's drifting tutorial, 'coz I've never done a drift with an FR). And don't forget to change your tires. It's hard to make a drift with normal tires.

Nb: for Ryosuke; if you have a difficulties in finding a mechanic to repair a rotary engine, bring it to Indonesia. We have a lot of mechanic that can repair or modify rotary engines. 'Coz, you know, we hold some illegal street race here, in Jakarta, every Friday or Saturday night.

Yes, I had FC before. But where I live FR type are isn't good in the snow. So, I got Impreza (AWD). Even here, find pretty good shape FC was hard to find.

For FF car, Side (Handbrake) is main thing to use. By using Side to kill the understeer and LFB (Left Foot Brake) to kill the oversteer. But LFB can be use different way too. 400hp? What car you have? (N/A or Turbo), if you want to to drift around is regular street, you want to make your front suspension softer than rear suspension, so you can get more traction and will give you more get go. Make rear some what of stiff, but has good dampering.
And for smashing the cluth pedal to drift technic is called: Cluth Kick. Cluth Kick isn't good for Pressure plates and gear box. FC has good Tq, so after you get use to the car, you can do HT (hill & Toe) as main drifting.

Err... My car is 2005 Toyota Corolla Altis (You can just call it Corolla, but my friends call it Altis). It's a turbocharged car, not an N/A, and I use direct system nitrous oxide, too. 'coz I often use it for drag.
I always do drifting in my club's track, not in open roads (but it's another case when I do a drag race).

And about hill&toe techniques, I haven't understand it yet, do you mean a technique like Tak usually does?

No..toegay, it's very hard to find the spare parts of FD and FC nowadays in malaysia..very hard..anyway, hope tat i can get the FD..coz tat's my dream to hav tat car..but, i'm so poor...how pity i am

LOL, you want drive my Impreza? Just let you know ahead that, I sold my FC and bought the Impreza. Also I live in US right now. I use to live in Japan (12 years ago). That's where I learn about Drifting and Touge from my cousin who is maniac about cars and racing (around 5 yrs ago when I went back for vacation). So sadly, I live far, far away from ya (sorry). And right now, I'm thinking to buying Miata (Roaster or Mx-5) and mod it (still in bedating stage)...
But I didn't know it was hard to find FD in Malaysia. Hm... If I'm right, Malaysia cars are RHD ( Right Hand Drive) Not like US LHD. So, some times it's better to import the parts you want rather than buy part around your area (NOT always, but most of the times). So, you have more than US to mod with. And it's good to read the different forums to read those kind of stuff.
Oh, one more thing, Rotary engine is good fun engine, but it's harder to maintain than any 4 cyclinder engine... But, sometimes you forget about it and have more fun driving it. One thing for sure (from exerience) there is nothing fun, exciting and can take the beating like rotary engine. I love hearing high reving rotary sound.

Hm... '05 Corolla Altis. Hm, If I remember it correctly, you live in Indonesia, so Altis has 2 types of engines: 1.6 3ZZ-FE VVTi & 1.8 1ZZ-FE VVTi. 1.6 has 116bhp with 111 lb ft of Torque and 1.8 has 134bhp with 125 lb ft of torque. To make under 200hp N/A Engine to 400hp Turbo car... Hm, hard to believe, but hey, I'm not the one to judge. If there's $$$$ there is a way. Ask you father what kind the mods he did. Oh, while at it what's the time on the 1/4 miles run. I guess around there would be 0~400 run. It's interesting to know.
For Hill&Toe trick. Yes, it's tech that Tak use, but how he do it is little bit off (I guess it's anime/manga, can't ask more). When first you do it, it doesn't go the way you want, but after while, you get to know your engine rev, gear box limit and etc to make it more smoother. After while, you get use to it, you do it in regular streets LOL...

Hm... back to the topics, about Initial D.
Still hard to get it here, but can you give me advice how to get it ?(do I have to import it from US or other countries? I don't understand much about Japanese, so I can only understand Initial D manga or anime that have been translated into English).

I just can collect the DVD until the 3rd stage. And I don't have the manga at all.
If you know what happens in the 4th stage, please tell me, even for a bit. (poor me... T_T )

Just bothering a bit, I use my car most for drift, but he used a drag spec to my car (torbocharger, racing pistons, intake manifold,lighweight flywheels, custom gear, engine management unit, etc., had been applied). 0-100 km/h in 5,4 sec.

Back to the topics, is there any new tracks in 4 stage?
(I've known that they add some new cars in 4th stage, but is there any new tracks?)
