Really agree with your opinion, Ichitaka sensei. Yea... we Know that Nissan Silvia S15 is a good car for drift, some American drift clubs often use them in drifting championships, too, right? Two guys from Tokyo? who do you mean by that? do you mean two actors in Tokyo drift or some characters in Initial-D? Don't know about the latest version of 300GT/FTO. And About Eclipse, hmm... maybe it isn't as good as skyline, but still a perfect car. And I'm looking forward for the next volume of Initial-D, even it's still hard to get it here...

Yes, S15 is good car and it's been use in D1GP and Formula D and etc.

3000GT/GTO is good car V6 (3 liter) engine with twin turbo AWD car. Height is lower than EVO, weight is lighter than Skyline, with really wide body than Supra. I say, it's one of high perfromace car that Mitsubishi ever made (other than Evo). A lot of people forget that this car exist, but when you race against it, you know that, 3000GT/GTO got some power.

As for "Two guys from Tokyo" is from Initial D character. It's not really important story or anything, but over-all just showing off how Tak got better driving other cars (AE85).

S15..this car also very nice to drift too...and yet, the outlook also not bad at all...the '2 guys from tokyo' didnt hav the qualified to drive this kind of car.,haha..

LOL, I totally agree with you. It's sad that Nissan stop making Silvia's. Right now, Nissan is busy making final concept of Skyline that, they're not planning to make Silvia for while.

Yes, all of those car went out of production in early-mid 2002 (in Japan).

As re-making AE86... I highly doubt that. Because, production cost and demanding people isn't much to conpair with. It cost more to make FR type car than FF type. For Company it's better for them to make FF types like Corrola, Camry, Matrix, Tc, and etc. For Toyota Supra because of Nissan amounce that that they're making another Skyline GT-R, Toyota is making concept of Supra for 3~4 years now. They're not sure to make it Lexus or Toyota line (both same thing), but Toyota is planning to release Supra 1~2 years (longest 3 yrs) after Skyline R35.

For R35. R35 is coming out fall of 2007 in Japan. US and Canada will be 2008 (info from: http://www.nissanusa.com/09gt-r/ ). They're looking around 600hp plus with 590tq. I don't know exact spec, because I'm not Skyline fan (I'm Supra fan).

OMG! My bro also is a 'supra fan'..hahah, but, i'm a 'Mazda fan' but..i dunno whether it's true onot? MAzda RX-9 izzit coming soon..they hav the concept aledi...but it's look like a future car...hopefully in initial d, they will put mazda rx-8 into it..but dunno Keisuke can fight for it o not?

I was always Supra fan from MKII 'til now MKIV.

As for Rx-9, it's not going to come out. It's gonna be called "Rx-7". There is about 3 different concept Rx-7, Mazda made. But not sure, which one is real Rx-7. Good thing is it's not N/A, but it's going to be Turbo Rotary Engine~~!

If they put Rx-8 in the Ini-D they'll race against AE86. Because of 2 reasons.
1 - It's N/A. N/A rotary can rev high up to 9,000 rpm without problem, but it lack hp badly. Even with good mod, still looking around 260hp (N/A). Also not like Honda engine, Rotary engine can handle the high reving abuse. So, I think, it'll be interesting to see race against AE86. Maybe they'll make Rx-8 driver girl like Kyoko. Or maybe Kyoko finds love rival and race against her (never know in manga world).
2 - It's not fair. Seeing/reading how Keisuke's FD (over 300hp), unless Rx-8 do intense mods (installing Rx-7 engine), I'm not seeing good battle happening.

Not like FC, some Rx-7 fan hate Rx-8 because Rx-8 lack power. So, most pro-drivers and engineers said that those 2 are different types of cars, not like FC and FD. FC and FD are different, but their good and bads match together. Just FD reduce less bads from FC. In other hand Rx-8(FE) they even has 13b engine it's called 13b-Rew. But FE has good points of suspension. FE was made with top mazdaspeed engineers. It feel soft, but dampers fit in any road that, driver feel safe.

As for i-Vtec engine and Rotary engine difference are few, but because rotary is made light weight high reving engine, not like strait engine. Rotary engine can handle the abusing of high revs more than vtec engine. It's even proven. "Before rotary engine blow up, trans will break." It's old saying but it's true, rotary engine is one stuff engine. Vetech has better responces, that's no doubt about that, but when you own or drive Rx-7/8, it's so much fun. I think, nothing more fun than hearing high reving rotary engine sound. I feels so good and blast!

Oh, yeah! FC and FD are great cars. Specially FD, it's a beast! If, you have chance to drive any of 3 cars, I recomend it. Specially, if they let you rev it up HIGH~~~!

I like initial D i like the drifting and the story.

I checked aledi, in malaysia, the latest volume is 33 only..i dunno others country the latest volume got 34 onot? Haha..my dream car is FD now since i watched initiald..but cant effort, can buy FC also not bad at all...hahaha

Start with FC and go with FD. Some people don't understand how tune the RE (Rotary Engine) the right way and they break the engine and etc. So start out cheap and go with FC. and FC and FD difference are very few (other than hp and suspension)....
