Anyone watch Tsubasa Chronicles or XXXHolic?

Tsubasa Chronicle anime is kinda good in the beginning...but as the story start developing...it suddenly got very, very, very boring...then it kinda gave this feeling..."it doesn't matter whether i watch it or not. In the end they will still get the feather no matter what kind of enemies they are against upon"...so basically, for all those two season, it only shows they are after its feather and failed to bring good plots to the story...kinda sad though...the manga and anime seems kinda different too...well, i hope it doesn't gat very boring later...because the one who made it are CLAMP after all, isn't it?

I already watched Tsubasa Chronicle but only the first season but I must say that it's a very good anime I like the story plot and the characters and about xxxholic, only watched a few episodes of it coz it's kinda hard to go out and search 4 xxxholic in my country but if it's possible I'd like to watch all episodes of xxxholic and Tsubasa Chronicle season 2
I watched the first and second seasons of the anime of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and well, the anime isn´t perfect but it was good. I think the best of the anime is his OST made by Yuki Kajiura, the composer of OSTs´s like .hack, Madlax and other anime soundtracks, for me it´s the best aspect.
The animation was correct, but nothing more...the story in some chapters follows the story of clamp in their manga and they are amazing but in other chapters, the story is boring and simple...far far of the original idea of CLAMP. The openings and endings are great (as all the musics) and well, the characters are greatly well done psiquically and Mokona is very cute.
And for XXXHolic I think the animation is good and it´s very similar style of the one seeing in the manga. The music is correct and the story is followed well done, but the chronologic order of the chapters of the anime and the same chapters of the manga, are different and that question can confuse the watchers of the anime or the readers of the manga. But I think it´s a good series but it finish very quickly, I don´t know is there are more seasons or it finished forever ^^U

I have read both mangas and seen the first episodes of both. From what I have seen so far, I like the manga better than the anime, but I cannot judge well since I have not seen enough of the animes. I might buy the English dub when it comes out on dvd, but we will see.

Mustang- Useless, just useless!
I've only seen the 4:3 episodes of xxxHolic (no subs for the widescreen that I can find). The show alters the chronology of the manga events but it's still enjoyable. The animation quality is somewhat cheap looking at points but nothing unbearable. But the voices are as I would have imagined them and overall it's a good series to watch. I'll look into Tsubasa soon.
I absolutely LOVE tsubasa chronicles. i love the animation, though the drawing could use a little work in various episodes. the *magical* feel you get sometimes when you watch it and with the matching music is amazing. I especially love the episode when Fye and Chii go out on a date :) it partly shows character development and "romance development". plus, it was quite touching in the end. and i also enjoy watching this anime because of its humour: such as the times when mokona (sometimes with fye) bugs kurogane and they have their little bickering moments.

I watch Tsubasa Chronicles. Waiting for the 3rd season right now, hopefully it comes. Frankly, I really enjoy this anime, although there are some really boring episodes, the good ones make up for it. xxxHolic I still haven't watched, but plan to.
I dont think 3rd season will come, i'm a bit more confident there will be a 2nd movie and maybe some OVAs.
Hmm, i was watching tsubasa chronicles but i stopped... i dont really know why, but i enjoy the series. i should finish watching the second season. i forgot where i stopped

I watched both Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xxxHolic. I like how the two stories are linked together. It is a shame that from xxxHolic the creators left out the Tsubasa characters but I think it is understandalble. (lack of time/money/both/else)
I read, some of us mentioned that the story of TRC gets boring after a while. I think it is true but if we get used to it, we could even find the little exciting happenings in each new world they go to. I especially liked that dimension where there were the gods - Yasha and the other one ( ^^' I can't recall the other name now ^^' gomen) That was a really beautiful story. I know, it is lame to admit, but I also cried on it ^^'
So I think there are times when it is worth to watch an anime from the start till its end.

I watched both series, too. My favorite one was xxxHolic. I'm really interested in Japanese mysteries, so I like these episodes. I found it very interesting, how the series explains everyday mysteries. I read the manga, too, so I hope they would bring out a second season, which handles the following chapters of the manga.
With Tsubasa, it's a pity that they only have two seasons... I haven't read the manga, but I know from different sites, what happened after the season, so I wished, that this came in the series, too. But okay... so I have to read the manga capters, when they came out in Germany instead.

I personally prefer the manga version of both series, as some of CLAMP's humor just doesn't translate from manga to anime. They're both interesting stories, but I prefer xxxHolic because of the characters and the storyline. I like Tsubasa as well, but it's harder for me to care about the characters in it.

That would suck, I prefer a 3rd season than a second movie and some OVAs, well, we'll just have to wait and see.

Particulary I prefer Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, the stories is great and the music of Yuki is awesome (I love Yuki Kajiura), but XXX Holic is a great series too, its a history diferent with a points comics and other points reflexives. I recomend Both but TRC is unfinished although and The xxxholic although all it seem indicate that yes, it seems that maybe a new season was released
I watch both of them, but I prefer xxxholic because the anime version of tsubasa chronicles, I think is lack of humor. I prefer read the manga. xxxholic is great, with a good story and animation. too bad that it ends only in 26 episodes. I hope there's a second season of it
