Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

If this isn't a search box, then where's the frakking search box? Put it at the top of the main page, for crying out loud.

Oh, yes, Clamp is my favourite mangaka. I watch both of them. And I think that Tsubasa anime is more successful than xxxHolic anime because the story is follow its original manga. Two story is connected and we can enjoy both of them. Tsubasa is really a painful story until now, I shocked when Syaoran and Fye became diferent people, Clamp is so cruel! xxxHolic is cool with many strange things and Yuuko always say something can make you have to think about it.

I've both read and watch them... I like all CLAMP works. I realy like xxxholic more than trc because there are no many characters in xxxholic but the plots is so amazing. Watanuki's character is very interesting so I like him.

I've watch xxxholic's anime and also read the manga ,I like the manga better since there are more development in watanuki's character and that the plot is alot more interesting...the people there also display a lot more interesting scenes...
I have not watched Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles yet but I might give it a try when i have the time to do so...Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles is something that does not really catch my attention as the name and preview of it is not really my kind of anime...

Em, actually I don't very like Tsubasa's anime.

<I couldn't stand the Tsubasa anime. I love the manga, and thought the music and voice acting were top notch, but the animation was awful, ugly and they used too many pans and pauses, as if they weren't willing to put in the effort it garnered (but then anything I've seen from Bee Train has been the same. The Tsubasa movie animation was much better thanks to it being done by Production I.G.), was annoyed at the fact it aired on a family channel and therefore removed anything a little more mature like drinking, and some of the changes they made to the storylines took away from show. I'm not suprised there seems there will never be a third season, and I know very few CLAMP fans, especially older CLAMP fans, that like it.

I didn really enjoy the xxxHOLiC anime, though. The animation was lovely, the voice actors perfect, and the changes they made worked much better (though I was annoyed they didn't kill off a certain character). Isn't one of my favourite animes, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

On Code Geass, CLAMP only did the character design. They have no involvement in the show other than that.>

to the Tsubasa,Well, I think the characters in anime are okay, what I cant stand is that there are really many pause scenes, so I give it up after finishing the first season.
and I love both anima and manga of XXXHolic, the opening of Holic is very nice and attracked.and the story is very interesting, though in its anime it is not related to the Tsubasa

<I watched both Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xxxHolic. I like how the two stories are linked together. It is a shame that from xxxHolic the creators left out the Tsubasa characters but I think it is understandalble. (lack of time/money/both/else)
I read, some of us mentioned that the story of TRC gets boring after a while. I think it is true but if we get used to it, we could even find the little exciting happenings in each new world they go to. I especially liked that dimension where there were the gods - Yasha and the other one ( ^^' I can't recall the other name now ^^' gomen) That was a really beautiful story. I know, it is lame to admit, but I also cried on it ^^'
So I think there are times when it is worth to watch an anime from the start till its end.

I hope, there will a 3rd season from TRC and a 2nd from xxxHolic. ^^
As for the OSTs, I like them. TRC had a very good composer for it I believe and the op & endings of xxxHolic are good too. ;) >

I think just in the manga can Holic and Tsubasa be linked, and I love both of their manga, they are quite interesting and I also like the other anime or manga of Clamp~~

<I watched the first and second seasons of the anime of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and well, the anime isn´t perfect but it was good. I think the best of the anime is his OST made by Yuki Kajiura, the composer of OSTs´s like .hack, Madlax and other anime soundtracks, for me it´s the best aspect.
The animation was correct, but nothing more...the story in some chapters follows the story of clamp in their manga and they are amazing but in other chapters, the story is boring and simple...far far of the original idea of CLAMP. The openings and endings are great (as all the musics) and well, the characters are greatly well done psiquically and Mokona is very cute.

And for XXXHolic I think the animation is good and it´s very similar style of the one seeing in the manga. The music is correct and the story is followed well done, but the chronologic order of the chapters of the anime and the same chapters of the manga, are different and that question can confuse the watchers of the anime or the readers of the manga. But I think it´s a good series but it finish very quickly, I don´t know is there are more seasons or it finished forever ^^U>

According to the opinions from you guys, I think my decision is corrective

<Particulary I prefer Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, the stories is great and the music of Yuki is awesome (I love Yuki Kajiura), but XXX Holic is a great series too, its a history diferent with a points comics and other points reflexives. I recomend Both but TRC is unfinished although and The xxxholic although all it seem indicate that yes, it seems that maybe a new season was released >

Actually I did't like the characters in Holic at first, but after watching it I found I love them all and was attracked by its opening songs, quite nice

I like both of them.

in XXXHolic, Watanuki is the kind character. i adore what he do for everyone. the story is great too. there's some story that we can use in real life. i like the last 3 episode. it makes me cry every time i watch it. Watanuki is so kind.

Tsubasa mostly talks about the 4 of them. but after the real syaoran appear, sakura doesn't really been that happy. it became some tragic story. still i love them, the story for tsubasa is connected to every of CLAMP's work. it's a great combination

I love Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles very much; Fye D. Flowright is very nice >:3 emoticon , with his expressives (and sad) blue eyes and his enigmatic smile... Of Syaoran's group of allies, Fay is the most enigmatic. He appears to be happy-go-lucky and good-natured, and acts like a fool, but has been shown to be as perceptive as Kurogane, and a skilled fighter. However, it has also been seen that he does not value his life and that he hides a deep emotional burden; this is demonstrated by his dark reactions when Kurogane asks him about his past, and the aftermath of a battle where Fay does not defend himself for an attack when he had the ability to. His past is a profound motivating factor for his actions and is something Fay cannot seem to overcome; instead he masks it all with the guise of cheerfulness and carefreeness.

Fay is emotionally distant, refusing to allow anyone to become too close to him, in fear of harming them by allowing them to get involved with his personal problems. Despite this, Kurogane has noted that the mage has become attached to Syaoran and Sakura. While Fay places little value on his own life, he worries about his companions and would go as far as breaking his own personal vows to ensure their safety. Kurogane confronts Fay about this, and states that Fay should figure out what he's doing with his present and future, because his past has nothing to do with neither Kurogane nor their younger companions.

None of Fay's traveling companions are aware of his past, save that he is trying to escape someone (Ashura). Kurogane, the most perceptive of the group, is usually the one to question Fay outside the presence of Syaoran and Sakura as to why he is trying to escape and why he fears Ashura. In rather careful responses, Fay has revealed that he would know if the Ashura he flees from is just another look-alike sharing the same soul (there can be someone who shares the same soul in several dimensions) because he "...would know if it's just the same face or if it's the same person. I would know.". It is not clear if Fay is a criminal on the run, but it seems to be how he has come to think of himself judging from a conversation between him and Kurogane in manga chapter 112. During their stay in Outo, Mokona using one of his 108 Secret skills was able to detect that Fay was lonely too despite the fact he smiles a lot: "Fay still thinks of something else."

It is also interesting to note that Fay seems to know the secret behind just what is going on nearly all of the time. The fact that he does know and doesn't bring it to the attention to his companions is a sign that he again has no wish to involve himself too deeply in their affairs and that he is extremely intelligent.

It's my favourite character of the story |(n_n)| emoticon , and "KUROPIN" too...

I was wondering, how are people watching xxxholic? I can't seem to find any english widescreen version of the series and watching Mishicorps fansub of the 4:3 screen is too cruel.

I have read both the mangas, but i only watched the beginning of the tsubasa anime. From what i can see, it seems to follow the manga quite closely. However, it doesnt seem to give off any dramatic tension, so i dont really like it so i stopped. Since it follows that manga so closely, it felt boring seeing the same storyline again, knowing what will happen.

I downloaded both of them but I watched only XXXHolic, Tsubasa is too long and it seems they plan to make the 3rd season.
