I heared alot of people that are witches! and they some magic things for different reasons! so i was thinkin have you ever seen a witch before ?? are they real *-* ?
I guess it depends on what your definition of magic is. To some, magic isn't necessarily spells and sorcery. Magic can be an everyday ordinary thing. I've never actually seen sorcery myself, so I can't necessarily say, but I'm not one to doubt. =3 At least, I'd like to believe anyways that there is XD.

Omg then magic its true *-*
To this day, I have no solid idea what magic is. Are they stuff seen in anime that can give girls superpowers or are they stuff where they can make a rabbit pop out of a hat? If it's the first, then I don't believe in magic, if it's the latter than I believe it's just a game where you try to amuse your audience by making it look like it's real when it's really only an illusion.

Magic as far as magic wands and talking cats? No.
The concept of "magic" can definitely be described as a subjective experience. What one person may define as magic another might not. In general I think that it really has a lot to do with one's level of naiveté or innocence.

Yeah, i think that there are two different types of magic, one being fictional and the other being logical.
The fictional magic I think; that is non-exsistant is the talking animals, wizards and witches etc. eg. Harry Potter. But the logical maigc is stuff you see in magic shows eg. Criss Angel. He called my house for my brother once, I think because my brother's a non believer but it was very cool=)
But anywho; there are the two magics (in my opinion) and which ones I think are real or not.

Since there are many definitions to what Magic is,
I'd say I believe in it.
I'd say I believe in it.
Magic isn't real and I don't believe in it either, but it is still fun! ^^
There's always a trick to Magic no matter how real it looks, Magic is all an illusion.
But if you are talking about other Magic like witches, Harry Potter, etc; It isn't real also. But that's just my opinion on it, and I agree with Longbow and a lot of others.

Once upon a time, the word "magic" simply meant to practice magic or witchcraft, but those days are long gone. The strange and wonderful world of semantics has mutated the word into a darker form.
Until I see a paper undeniably confirming the existence of the paranormal I'll stay happily skeptical.

Yeah, like what most of them said, it would all depend on your definition of magic.
Personally, I believe magic - a supernatural force than can make things happen without clear scientific explanation (Pompous, eh? XD) - can exist in this world. Really, things happen everyday that can't be explained; they're just overlooked. We have instances of psychics, of clairvoyant dreams, and all that whatnot; they're just so common that they're usually ignored. If you stop and think about it, magic's still there - we've just become so steeped in science and rationality that we usually ignore things we can't explain, because they tend to unsettle us. :)

I always like to believe that I can control traffic lights. When one is about turn red on a north-south road, I point at the traffic light on the east-west road to turn green. It's all about timing. Sometimes, I even pretend that I can control bus drivers. When it's closing, and I point at the driver, he or she nearly instantly puts the pedal to the medal. Also, at Anime Expo 2007, as a staff member, I have an unconfirmed ability to control the print machines that print badges to all attendees. It's unconfirmed because I can neither confirm nor deny the fact that I can do it.
Anyway, I do believe magic exists, even as a metaphor for something that can be done against all odds, against conventional thinking.

Magic for me is only illusions..they can do sth which can made us believe..and they hav some tricks to do it..i don't believe magic..
Ummmmm magic do exist...but not like the one you see in harry potter...its hard to explain..
Being a skeptic, I don't believe these stuff (voodoo and the sort) until I see it myself. Call me foolish, call me whatever you want. I trust myself more than what others say about the world. Most of the time it's fear/prejudice/expectations that cloud our judgement of what's truly going on.
I do to a certain degree.
a friend of mine follows the wiccan religion and after looking into it well i find it interesting even though i am a satanist even though i haven't witnessed magic i do believe that it is there also i love watching shows with magic elements like charmed etc.
