Would this Ergo Proxy wall be enough to pass the AP system?

Well, I have certainly never heard of this anime before, but someone from MT made the vector, so the credit for that part goes to Alorora. The wallpaper was fourteen layers, and took about 3-4 hours. The extration didn't take long at all, so that was awesome! I got the city photographs from www.dj-goop.com-pics-new_york and I doubled that layer and did some different filters to make it look more painted. I got the lightning brushes from deviant art. I did really enjoy making it and all of the peices just fit together. I was going to add some railing from the top of a New York building, but it just didn't look right. She looked to enclosed, so I left it out. Is there anything in the wall that needs to be improved on before it is submitted to AP?
Im not a pro at walling >.< but I dont think your wallpaper will make it through as it is. The background doesnt really match with the scan. it looks too normal, and the girl looks like shes floating above it. You can most definitely tell that its a filtered stock for sure...I try not to use stocks for my backgrounds anymore, so i cant give you advice on that part >.< sorry. The only advice I can give you is to vector a background so it matches the girl. Since she looks rather...fearsome with that gun, try using a more evil-looking background.

The character's not clear enough.
Hmm this doesnt look very clear for a vectored character. also the bg just looks like a photo that has been filtered a little bit and added random thunderbolts to. and like some one already pointed out the bg doesnt match and it looks as she is just floating over. also the text just looks wierd in therr with all the effect which really arent needed as well as the big sig which should b made smaller so that if people put this wall as there background they shoulnt hav to see your sig. well good luvk though
