The only reason that I see that they can use to reject the wall is that the bg could be to plain. But it seems good to me.

Heres what I suggest take out that huge white thing that goes across the guy, and that blue box just get rid of it. I think you should put the meida player and everything in the backround and not in front. Also the white in the lower right keep that ^_^ You might wan't to make your red backround a little more interesting. Hope that wasn't rash or anything, hope I helped.

you DO know that they make wireless headphones where you plug in your ipod nano/shuffle INTO the headphones thus eliminating the oh so common white wires....and on those kind of headphones its rare to see 2 wires on each side unless you bought some cheap ones...most of them only have one wire

I think it's a good idea but the white line which crosses the whole could have been in a better shape and i think that the winamp screenshot added has to be more blended with the background.
May be removing the medialibrary part at the left and making it more transpartent ?

I love this one a whole lot better I really like it^_^! I don't think it would get rejected again if you submited this. I do think you could make the black out line of the guy not so rigged, the headphones look so nice compared to him ^_^.
A lot of the design in the background and in the vector is jagged. Also; was it intentional to apply the Winamp window there?
