No need to critise about the smudge... I love that.. and i know its very dark .. its suppose to be that way..

I'm not a big pro or anything like that with making wallpapers...But I really suggest you clean the glass bits up.
They look a bit bold, so you can't really see the Kyubis eye clearly.
Perhaps you could smudge the glass bits as well? (The smudging with the flames/smoke looks great ^^)

I also suggest you put some sort of text/title for your wallpaper, and you need to also put in your signature somewhere, so that everyone knows that it is your wallpaper.
I also suggest you darken Naruto a bit. His clothing (the colour) doesn't go with the background...
Its up to you, if you listen to me or not...if you do listen to me, (I'm flattered ^^) I would like to see the final result ^^

Made some effects in the ice and made it higher so you se the eye bether , then i made my "made by" bigger then the last one I made.

but still dont have a name for it.. suggetions?

Well, heres a question for you =P Answer it truthfully okay!? When you first were making this wall, what made you want to make it?
If you get your answer, try and make it sound like a title for a wallpaper ^^ Hope it works =P

I personally though, like the title "Shattered" Goes well with the wallpaper, since there is ice shattering ^^

I think something like the ice needs to be there, but its a bit much. The emboss on the glass is a bit too much. I don't think it looks bad, but its a bit too stand outish. Other than that, I think its great. Not my type of wall, but definitely interesting.

I like the idea, and it is very high quality. I agree with Shanraa, though, in that all the bevels and embosses have to go.

I'm fairly sure that it is the fault of the scan, but he looks a bit chubby.
