do u get enough sleep??

School times i go to bed at 12 and wake up at 7. and holidays, i sleep in for hours .. for at least 12 hours sleep ^^ which is HEAVEN.
I have problems sleeping lately because I go to sleep about 11:00 PM and then wake up the next morning at about 9 or 10, but the problem is I still feel tired. I take naps often in the afternoon but I'd feel too dazed to do any of my active hobbies after that. I think it's my medication.
I go to bed most of the time at 10:30pm and wake up at 6:35am.. but during the night i wake at almost every 1 or 2 hour and stay awake for like half an hour.. so if i woulden't always wake up i would get enough sleep but 'cus af that i don't realy get enouth sleep...
I sleep past midnight, maybe 1 or 2 am, and then wake up at 6 am ( school day ), for holiday, I wake up at 7 or 8 am.
When have some exams, I only sleep 3 or 4 hours a day. It depends on the exams.
But I have a best friend. She sleep at 8 pm, wake up at 6 am, and she always tell me that she doesn't get enough time to sleep ^^; Well, people sure is different.

On weekdays I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m. and wake up at 6:00 a.m. and keep hitting my snooze alarm until 6:45 a.m. (goes off every 9 minutes ugh...), so I get about 9 3/4 hours of sleep and I think I don't get enough sleep.
I don't get enough sleep during school times..I get 5 hours of sleep..and the longest time I could sleep is only 7 hours..I think if we don't have enough sleep that would give a bad effect to our health or even to our body like our skin..we should have 8 hours of sleep everyday..but luckily on vacations I can have sleep longer than 8 hours..hehe
As mentioned, I also prioritize sleep, or I'm a mindless zombie without it! I try to go to sleep early and I count the hours. During the day, I make sure to move around and exercise as much as possible not only for fitness but so that my body, as well as my mind, would be tired and so I fall asleep easily. There's been times were I've been sitting almost all day in front of the computer and later at night it would take me forever to fall asleep. And then, I'm careful not to overdo it, or I'll be a mindless zombie anyway. :P
Nope, not at all, the max amount of sleep i got last week was in between 5-6 hours and this is on normal schooldays. the minimum sleep i got last week was 4 hours. This was because i had a big project due and needed to finish so i went to bed at 3 and i have to get ready for school at 7. so, yeah,

While not as old, I've dealt with reoccurring insomnia for years. Hell, just a couple days ago I was awake for over 30 hours on like 6 hours of sleep.
My sleep amount is almost always reduced due to taking anywhere between an hour and six to fall asleep.
And just recently my doctor told me I may have Sleep Apnea, which means I sometimes stop breathing while I sleep and it causes me to never get to what he calls 'restorative sleep.' In standard terms: I'm always tired because my body never rests.
I almost never get enough sleep. I'm used to it. Of course, that results in some of the most screwed up sleeping schedules ever. Like going to sleep at 8 in the morning and waking up at 2 in the afternoon only to stay up till 11 the next morning and wake up at 3.
Any of you who don't have insomnia...be grateful.

I sleep from 1-2 am to about 9am. It's enough for me. Oddly enough, I can go with only 4 hours of sleep; it all really depends on what the day's activities were.
I usually sleep at ~12 P.M and wake up at ~9 A.M on holidays and I'm often tired because I live in a FARm country :P

I never get enough sleep because I sleep very late. I sleep at 4 am. or 5 but I woke up at 10-11 am. I don't know how to sleep early, it become my habit to sleep so late.
I usually get to sleep at around 3 or 4am then wake up at 5:30am (mon-fri for school) on the weekends I sleep a good 12 hours haha. I love sleep but its just that I do so much durring the day I dont really have time for homework (which I wait to do till 1 or 2am) so when I finally finish it then its kinda late :/

Nope....
On school days, I usually sleep around 11:00 p.m. and wake up at 6:00 a.m. but on weekends I sleep at around past 12 and wake up at 8-10 in the morning. I don't really know if it's enough sleep for me...
