do u get enough sleep??
Unh, I don't get enough sleep too, well, maybe I sllep at 11 PM and wake up at 05.30 AM And get worse if I get test, I must wake up at 2 or 3 AM to study, ugh... *now, I'm sleepy*
Oh if I don't sleep about 12 hours per day I am feeling down for the rest of it.As for the worky days that I Wake up on 11 hours...well I usually sleep again cause of my lazyness and go to my work far too late.I wonder when my boss it's gonna get me fired.
As for the insomniacs, I feel you guys. Someday I didn't slept any time at all for 2 days(after that I slept about 18 hours straight :) ) I can't imagine how you stand to just stay awake more than a day.3 days in a row must be like hell.You must have way Very big guts!

I used to not get enough sleep because of school and exams..but recently,since it's holidays,i've got enough sleep..8-9 hours of sleep is enough for me...
On work days i sleep for a couple of hours... but on weekends i can (finally!) sleep over 14 hours. Now that's just wrong...

If i don't get enough sleep i get really tired during the next day and pissed off when i wake up. But usually i tend to go to bed round 9 thirty..if something keeps me up, like homework I won't be able to have enough sleep. On weekends/holidays i'll sleep in everyday unless i have some event. To me, sleep is very important..especially if i don't want bags under my eyes :P.

I usually sleep 2am - 6am during weekdays. If I sleep any longer I feel too groggy.
I never get enough sleep during the school year... @___@ Thank god I get three months of summer this year.
I have a severe case of insomnia. We're talking about 2 hours of sleep a day here. It's getting worse lately. Doc says PANIC is causing it. Weird. I'm not panicky at all! Hahaha! XD

Professors and doctors recommend that you get least seven hour at the shortest point, and you must, at time of 3 AM to 5 AM, because that's least productive time of human body, unless you're more of night type, I readed.
One of the Times magazine I had had features regarding this. Anyone interested to read it?
and I sleep at 9PM, wakes up around 4 o'clock for awakening break (like going to toilet, drink, etc.), and sleep more or less after that. That's about 7-8 hours a day, and I think it's not bad.

Yeah... sometimes i get sleep at 12 am... and get up at 7 am / 8 am... because i have to go to school at 12.30 PM... He3^^ but next year i must go to school at 7 am..... i don't know that i can get enough sleep or not ... maybe i want to sleep not too late....
Yea i just came from this lock in thing for my school which ended at 6 a.m. and i woke up at 11 so i really dont get much sleep... I actually cant sleep past 12 if my life depended on it

U kiddin me? i dont tink ne1 these days really gets enough sleep. I have debate most of the week and come home around 6-7, if im luckie around 4. Then its Internet time =D, eating time, chatting time (same time as hw time), undone hw time, catch up hw time, shower, then bed. By the time i hit the pillow it's mostly 11pm, sumtimes on weekdays 12. I have to wake up at 6:30 every morning. I dont think my sleeping time is tat bad, but i still feel grungy in the morning. I lub sleep where you wake up suddenly all energized and ready to go, but really how often do peppl wake up like tat >.< .

I don't really get enough sleep I guess and even when I do its usually not at the normal times. End up going to get at like 3-4 in the morning or napping in the late afternoon when I have nothing to get up for.
Haha, I don't think anyone gets the right amount of sleep, especially if your in college/ university. I know, I've pulled quite a few all nighters just to finish a lab report and study! ...For me, I try to go to bed by 11 cause i have to wake up at 5:30 to go to an 8:00am class! otherwise on normal days, I sleep at 2 and wake up at 9. For some reason I just can't sleep later than that.
