Ok.. been working on this for about a week now. Hoped to be finished last weekend but some school crap blocked the way.
I know it still sucks and the face of Afro is really weird. It's because i haven't finished the vector.
the mountain is a stock. Tried to do so it didn't seemed so real. the sky was made in GIMP which has some filters that are MUCH better than the photoshop filters.
Comments and suggestion on changes (how, if possible) is very much welcome.

The sky looks great. theres something about the moon i dont like. I you get the mountains to be not so realistic i think it would be better
Okay...First off, the sky is a little dark. The moon should be brighter. Also the face is weird. It's not complete, like there's a piece missing there by the chin. It looks like you cropped out the face, then just put it onto a completely different body.

The reason the moon is weird is because i have a bit of blue in it, and i am working on the sky and ground ATM.
The vector can wait until i finish the BG.
Anyways... Thanks for the comments so far, but I would like some more specific comments to point out the details.

Just remember vectors are really clean so putting it on top of stocks/textured BGs means you have to match the look of the vector to the BG. So you'd have to texture it. Unless you decide to make a vectored BG as well. Because if not, together they don't blend and it wouldn't look great.
