I am not taking to the colour so much but I like the swirl effect you have to the left side with the face in red I think? The guys' hair is a bit choppy so you might wanna fix that.

This wallpapers great!yeah Yohs hair fix that did you use a block eraser to erase the hair try using the round brushes you do not really need to touch the hair to erase it just place the brush slightly near it ... this should give you a smooth edge ^^ otherwise this wallpaper is fantastic !
I like it, but the 'TRUST' seems too sharp compared to the rest. Maybe another font, thicker/smoother lines. I know why you put the blue bars on the ends, but I would go for another color. Blue/Mottled Orange don't match the best.
The scan also needs a bit of cleaning to match the clean background colors. Either that, or add a bit of texture to the wall as a whole.
