What anime character appears in the scariest of nightmares?
Hehe, Im really scared of Kabaji, and Kawamura from prince of tennis, and Kakashi, from Naruto, how bout yoohs?
Hmm....for me, I bet Itachi will turn out real scary in nightmares....
I don't really have an anime character that scares me but if I had to choose the freakiest one, it would be Orochimaru in Naruto. He looks creepy with his long tongue and his snake-face.
Have you guys ever watched Higurashi no Naku Koro ni? If not, do so, and you shall learn the true meaning of nightmares. *shiver*
The characters by themselves are cute anough, but when they get into psycho killer mode, they would make Orochimaru, Itachi (and whoever else from Naruto mentioned already) seem like a bunch of girls skipping in field of flowers.
WATCH IT.

I don't remember having any anime dreams, but that's probably a good thing. Gai sensei and Rock Lee from Naruto scare the hell out of me XD

Sephiroth its very interesting his history wanna know?
he is the central antagonist in the Square Enix role playing game Final Fantasy VII. He has had — relative to Final Fantasy VII's continuity — four non-canonical appearances in other games: Ehrgeiz, Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Itadaki Street Special. Within the continuity of Final Fantasy VII, Sephiroth has also made appearances in the mobile game Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII, the CGI film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and the midquel OVA Last Order: Final Fantasy VII. He was also only mentioned by Weiss in Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII. His appearance was designed by Tetsuya Nomura.
Sephiroth appears as a tall man with long silver hair, bright emerald-green cat-like eyes, a long black coat, white metallic pauldrons and belted black boots. He carries the sword Masamune, which is designed more as an extra long katana than the nodachi it is most commonly referred to as, a weapon that has appeared in each installment of the Final Fantasy series. In Final Fantasy VII, Sephiroth was the most famous member of SOLDIER, a paramilitary branch of the Shin-Ra corporation, until he mysteriously disappeared five years prior to the beginning of the game. He then returns to enact a plot which threatens the game's world, bringing him into conflict with the game's protagonists, and particularly with its main character, Cloud Strife, who shares a past with Sephiroth.
In Japan, Sephiroth's voice was provided by seiyū Shinichiro Miki in Ehrgeiz and Toshiyuki Morikawa in the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts II. In the English version of Kingdom Hearts, his voice was provided by Lance Bass of 'N Sync. In all other appearances to date, such as those in the English versions of Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts II, however, he is voiced by George Newbern.

If i see sakura in my dreams... yhea it wiil be a nightmare
I think Wrath from Full Metal Alchemist is freaky... especially when Ed and Al first see him on the island and when he goes wild. He had this made, savage look. =.=" That night when I was watching it, I was home alone and the lights were out. I had my back to the monitor, then when I turned around there was some cannibalistic character onscreen close up. Twas a bit of a shock.
Also, what Ed and Al created when trying to resurrect their mother at the beginning was also quite freaky.
I would imagine that to have a nightmare of either of these would be very scary.
