Your wallpaper looks really nice. Now, as for choosing with or without, I would have to say without. I don't really know the anime, but is there any significance on why an electrical pole and wires?
I like the one with the wieres, i think that coz she is really just flying there without a reason and upside down. So well i dunno, but i like the colors, and the blending in both of em!! i also like the brush work there, and the texture as well. i would just add some more colors, and darken it in some parts so it doesnt look as simple. But i really like the wall right now! XD
Keep it up, and keep|trying!! :)

Yeah, there is significance to the Poles and wires.
The central theme in Serial Experiments Lain was about "the wired", or a more modern version of the internet. Everywhere you turn you see wires and poles that represent the connections between people... Both the real life connections and the "wired" connections. In the world we live in we tend to think that our real life connections are good, but in reality they aren't much better than the connections we have in "the wired". The series explored the boundry between what is actually "real" and what we think is real.
I say keep the wires. And make them even more prominent.

If you haven't seen Seriel Experiments Lain, I highly recommend it. It's only 13 Episodes long, but really has some cool philisophical problems that it tackles. It's also one of the most difficult series to try and make a wallpaper from because it's hard to get the point across in just one frame.
I think I'll go with the wires, even though I haven't seen the series, it lookes pretty good. The one without is like... never mind. XD
Thanks everybody, I really think that wired one whould work..I still don't know about doing it brighter or leave it like that..coz if i do it brighter it's not gonna blend that well..so i'm still confused..i'l see both versions and upload here..))
Wires, definately (the one on the left). the other one has that weird telephone pole randomly placed there.
an interesting wall, so far. :o.

I'm gonna have to go with the darker one. I like the wires and the good ole textures you're working with. The only thing that the entire this is missing is a bit of contrast, in my opinion. It's a little too blase, if you catch my drift. A simple Levels edit in photoshop might do the trick to spice it up a bit. (ctrl/cmd+L).
Keep up the awesome work, I wish I could do awesome texturing like you guys here on AP.
