*sigh* parent(s)
Well, i really don't like my dad. why? he's a total ass, he never listens to me or anyone else, and he spends like crazy even though we're dead BROKE! plus, he sits around the house all day and has the nerve to tell me that I'm lazy! i mean really! well, the only thing i want to know is, am i the only one that detests their parent?
To tell you right off the bat, you're not the only one. It's tough when you face situations like that, but sometimes you have to try and see things from their perspective. Even if parents aren't always rational or practical, they do it for you. There's another thread regarding parents and you can see most of our complaints there, though it's more about trust.
Right now, I don't know how I can help with your situation but what I do these days (after years of lecturing, yelling, arguing, etc...) is just ignore everything and become completely indifferent. It's a sinful act, but I really can't take any more of this lack of respect. You can say that I feel the same way as you, and I can't wait until I go to college and start my life over. Gee, I long for my early teenage years back... I wasted most of it at home baby-sitting the empty house. T__T

well tell him what you feel truly and try to get him to act
well for me, i do sometimes hate my parents, but i understand where they are coming from so once i get mad at them, i usually calm down after a while

yeah, you might say that, but for everyone that i know who said they couldn't wait to get away from their parents, usually end up going back, cause living on their own makes them have to think and prepare everything, while when living with your parents you have them most of the things for u, plus they are trying to help you, i know my parents might act like jackasses at times, i know that they are trying to be helpful
and i have two brothers to watch over and utterly annoying even when one of them is 14, his tantrums and ghettoness
*sigh* workaholic. . . OCD. . .stubborn. . . and he calls me lazy too

well, if he is a workaholic, then its obvious if you do nothing then he'll call you lazy
But then on the days that he doesnt work. . . he just stares at the TV. . . even when it shows a commercial
and whenever i do something bad/wrong. . . i have to say goodbye to my TV and PC until i get it fixed. .. frequently that problem is the cleanliness of my room

LoL parents misunderstand a lot of things. I wonder if we'll ever become that misunderstanding...
I will avoid that by not being a parent =P
They only try to do what is best for us sometimes and i like my family they are always happy
Sometimes what they think is best for you actually isnt best for you. . .
Well, just sometimes hate my parents because they're talking a lot... well, you know that... but after all i still like my parents.... it's a must to love them because they're our parents... they grow us up to now... so, i like my parents! :)

I... like my parents. xD (I admit, I've been spoiled rotten.) I get along quite well with them; I can count on one hand alone the number of times I've had an argument with either of them these past two (well, one year short but who cares xP) decades.
I always refer to my dad as a crackhead because he acts completely insane and high on drugs 90% of the time. Great source of entertainment. He nags, of course - whose parents don't? - but beneath his nagging, I understand his concern. So I always pay attention - after a bout of playful mockery and not-so-meaningful silences. *cough* XP My mom is a little more strict than my dad, but she's been out of the country for a few years now. So I've been off the hook, so to speak.

Yeah...I guess parents are the only one you can go to after if everyone betrays u. Family conflict is hard to aviod...sometimes they are mad at something and wont talk much to me for a week...just like some children. Most of the time, there is an invisible pressure building up as i moved further away from them in university. Yes, it is the pressure about my ability to live and suport them $ly after i throw myself in the society.

I wouldn't really call it hating my parents. Its just the position I am in that gives me the most trouble. Being the oldest sucks! Eventhough you get priority in certain things around the house, if else fails or problems stir up, your most likely to be involve or worst case scenario... be partly blamed for it.
being the oldest does have it's ups but mostly downs. Your parents usually will be more strict more protective more almost everything, and their reaction is significantly different then how they would react to the next child if the same situation occurs.....
I get the most bullshit out of my parents just because i'm the oldest... even if i'm not the oldest among others, i still have the indirect responsibility to act in stardards of appropriate being that i'm the oldest in the family and they're somewhat in the middle or youngest in the family.
Where your position resides, it does plays a major role on how your parents would react on you>.<
