I'm hooked and I've only played for just under 3 hours. I haven't been able to dedicate the time needed to play though. Other obligations have been taking up most of my time. I just can't play for an hour or less!
This game is so addictive! I'll start playing and next thing I know it's 2 or 3 hours later...I like how this game is a bit harder than other RPG's I've played, just like many of the other games in Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei series. It's easy to game over if you're being too reckless.Is anybody else liking the music?
This game is great. The music rocks, the anime scenes fit the mood, and the game play is unique. I love the Social Link system they developed, and in integrates smoothly into the Tartarus sections. It seems like two different games but they fit together well.

I bought that game recently, and I like it very much!! all the things in the game is really interesting and fun!! still playing at the beginning though...
Weeee persona 3! I love the music (even though it gets repetitive in town segments eventually) and the voice acting! Extremely addicting gameplay and really funky art and presentation. The story is packed with mystery and as far as I've played they've packed quite a bit into the setting as well in terms of npc's and locations.

I've beaten it 7 times to date, working on my 8th. Why you ask? Cuz the moment I beat it, I feel like I wanna play it again. It feels like I'm watching a really long good anime. Besides, I can't get bored with "You spent a special evening with Yukari." So far, ATLUS hasn't made any plans to release the PERSONA 3: FES, disk here. What's different you ask?
PERSONA 3 : FES Addons include:
Multiple Outfits, have the girls dress in swimwear, maid outfits etc.
You Can Date Elizabeth and Aegis
Aegis has an extended storyline
More Persona's
Really Hard SideBosses and Side Dungeon

I got the game about three weeks ago, it's really fun and addictive and all, but I think some of the features sometimes gets old after a while. However, it might because I don't really enjoy grinding games and this is actually the only grinding game that enjoyed. I the only downside I see is that sometimes (Especially during fusions and personas learning new skills) from what I've see is that you can't read what the skills does and level takes too long to go up (again, I don't like grinding). Aside from that it's really a great game.

I want this game! I played the second Persona for the playstation and liked it quite a bit, so i had been looking forward to this one for quite a long time. Right now i'm trying to convinece my husband to buy it for me. XDDD
Yea, im still halfway through the game. and the bosses are really quite strong( or am i weak!?) still on oct/14th haha!!

back on topic, this game is great, really forces you to make important choices that will affect your game, and also allows you to progress at your own pace. Enjoying it a lot so far.

Like just about everyone else in this thread, I am thoroughly enjoying Persona 3.
I love the balance between combat and social interaction, and I find that it works quite well. While exploring Tartarus does get tedious after a while, I found that the game paces things excellently. At the beginning of the game, for example, my party members tended to tire just as I was losing interest. Later on, I was completing requests and reaching the block ends just as I was getting bored, making for convenient jumping-off points. Still, I have to admit that, throughout the game, I found myself more interested in getting a girlfriend than saving the world.
Anyhow, I desperately hope that Atlus releases FES in the United States, because after seeing some of the FES footage, I absolutely cannot go without playing it. Meido Yuka-tan

This game is my anti-drug right now! I bought it the first day it has came out and still play it with whatever free time i have. People complain its a "emo" game because you have to shoot yourself in the head each time you do a skill(not to mention the main chars looks arent excatly stud or anything). I will admit now im a big date sim lover. This game adds 2 things i really love. RPG and date sim. Not to mention the do this successfully. You have to do things during the day to get stronger durung the dark hour. I'm talking about raising your social links. Higher those are the easyer you will be able to adventure in tartrus. Trust me on that. Lol.. well thats my two cents on persona 3. This game has to be in my top 3 right now lol
