What series got you into anime?
My first anime ever is Sailor Moon. But I didn't know what was an anime back when I was six years old. So I guess it didn't really...count as much? Then I moved onto Pokemon. But then again, I didn't know what anime was until I was 13.
I first learned the definition of anime when I watched Cardcaptor Ssakura in 2003. That's where I discovered how much I loved that show and decided to research about it. I then learned that it was an anime. That's how I started to like other animes. I really thank CLAMP for getting me into anime. =D

I would have to say that S-Cry-Ed was the anime that got me into anime. Since I watch that series, I have been seeing different types of anime now.

Same here really, Sailor Moon and Pokemon all the way! XD Inu-yasha gave me the definition to anime though so maybe that's what got me into it.
Hmmm...I really Dunno What to put
Dragon Ball Z was what I started with. After DBZ, I didn't watch another anime until Cowboy Bebop. Then I got started watching Naruto and that was the anime that really got me into the genre. Superpowered ninja really have a way of getting people's attention.
Fushigi Yuugi is the first anime I started watching.

I am first Doraemon (he..he.. it's happen when i child), next rurouni kenshin, gundam seed, bleach,naruto. now, i have watched many anime.

The first anime I ever saw was Unico. I was probably about 3 or 4 at the time so I really had no clue what anime was. I didn't really realize until middle school and watched Sailor Moon. Can't stand Sailor Moon now, but anime is still all great and wonderful.

My first anime was Doremon, but i don't really remember watching it. But the one that really got me into anime was Flame of Recca and Prince of Tennis. :]
then saiyuki, trigun...and bleach...and some lot of other ones..then gundam seed/destiny...and some more.. :] and i am still watching new anime everyday.

Uhm, Sailor Moon for me back when it was first aired. =3 I had no idea it was called anime, though.

The first anime i eer saw was pokemon of course gotta catchem all lol i used to watch it everyday now i hate it but i still like dragon ball z thought i cant watch it anymore
First animes I watched were Gundam Wing and DBZ. I enjoyed both, it made me like anime. This was a good while ago though.
What got me totally into anime was Bleach. I had always planned to start watching more anime sometime, and I started with Bleach. I watched 1-80 something in like, a week and some days, loved it, blah blah blah. To kill the time between new episodes, I watched other animes. Trigun, Hellsing, and The Melancholy of Haruhi mostly. That eventually got me enjoying it on a new level. Right now, I've been enjoying Full Metal Panic and loving School Rumble. Wee.
Basically, I'm still pretty "new" on the "scene". <_<

I think the one that really got me into anime is gatekeepers and Card Captor Sakura. I mean gosh! what can I say about this animes are really cool. After learning it was about alien invasion and catching all clow card, Man! I was really into anime. So addictive to it, well not really too much addictive to it. Hey! I still need to concentrate on my studies
