Okay i wanna hear from you guys...about your ambition
1. what if your parents won't let you choose your dream ambition?? what will you do??
2. what if you know that your ambition does not last forever...let say being a dancer...you cant forever be a dancer right?? i mean people age..so what will you do??
i have a problem with my ambition..i think that i have problem number 2...so what do you guys do??

About the first one: I tell my parents to f the hell off, because it's my life and I do what I want to do with it and they can't stop me.
About the second: Yeah, I can sorta understand what you are trying to say. But there's tons of things you can do that has a connection to wahtever you want to do even when you get old. For instance: I'm really into gymnastics and MA, I know I won't be able to do it forever, simply because my body won't allow, so probably untill I hit my 30s :(. Many former gymansts and MAist become teachers and trainers though, so they still do what they enjoy, without hurting themselves. This was just an example, there's loads of other things you can do though, just gotta take som time and mole it over ;)

1. I'll never give up. I'll make them understand that I'm not a kid anymore. I can choose my dream. this is my dream and they can't interfere even if they are my parents.
2. even if my dream doesn't last forever, dream is something precious that must be achieved. then i'll keep trying to achieve my dreams.
if you want to be a dancer then so be it. this is your dream. try to achieve it. every ambition have their own risks. maybe yo'll become old and you cannot dancing anymore. but as long as you live, you still have to shine brightly as a star till the very end. if you have any dreams, try to achieve it.

1. I would try to talk to them logically and see what's so bad about my ambition. I'm sure my parents would have a reason for not liking it, maybe it's silly, or maybe it's not practical. There are many things I'd like to do, but I think its also important to be practical.
2. As xEULt said, even if you cant dance forever, there are many things you can do that is related to dance. You can teach, you can do choreography, and stuff like that. That'd work too, right?

As long as your parents afford your necessities, you have to do at least 90% of what they want you to do. The other 10% you dedicate to your dreams.
Se secret is never give up, but you will never succeed if you run over other people dreams. Your parents have a dreams about you, you should respect that but also show them what are you thinking about the future. It's better to trust your parents feelings to trust on people you don't know because at least, if something go wrong, you have your parents to afford you...friends will never do that...

1. Ahh.. Hell with it! It's my life!! I got my right to choose my Destiny.. Well, I already have my ambition that my parent hate.. Hahaha, but ah.. I feel a little guilty for it.. But, I think to have an ambition that we like is the best.. Coz work with something that we like is the best! That's why, sometimes we need to take the best one for our future, even though that need Sacrafice!

The real world killed "my" ambition, I now have to focus on realistic goals like finishing college and paying the rent next month.

I've got quite a few abitions like say:
1. Logging 1000 hours on UT2k4 in X-Fire (740 right now)
2. Logging 2500 total gaming hours on X-Fire (1882 right now)
3. 100 Wins in baseball with friends (career record since summer 11-4)
4. Finding and getting to know that chick I met from Tekko.
5. Teaching History at a University
6. Winning a National Gaming Tournament or Competing in the World Cyber Games(closest I've come was the quarter-finals in the Gears of War regionals out in D.C.)
7. Attending the Olympics
8. Having my X-Box Live Gamerscore break 20,000 (11,006 right now)
Most of them can be achieved but if a few of them don't then eh, as long as I achieve more than 50% of them I'll be fine.
