shrinekeeperi have dsl, my phone company just replaced the line between my house and the main line, so i know it isn't a problem with my connection
Famous last words if ever I heard them. So what if you've just had the line replaced from the border to your premises? I'm wearing shoes. Doesn't mean my connection is beyond fault.
Indeed it's a loading problem and the fact that this happens every other one proves that even more :D
That happens to me sometimes if my connection has problems or just feelin slow that day.

On rare occasion your browser will download the image while the rotator script is still writing the image file so it will appear blocky, just waiting a while will refresh a new copy.
