Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

some of the ap header images are looking really sad, in the above screenshot you will clearly notice the heavy amount of blocking and artifacts.

i thought i would bring this to your guys attention if it hasn't already been done.

I've seen this one and i haven't noticed this but are you sure it's not a problem of connection because i see images with artifacts like this while loading but when loading complete it's ok ...
Anyway, since i changed the css style i don't see them anymore; so i can't tell ...

It's a problem with the image loading only partially. That particular banner [direct link] looks fine to me, as do the rest.
Incidentally, what sort of connection do you use?

I have dsl, my phone company just replaced the line between my house and the main line, so i know it isn't a problem with my connection.

it seems like it does it every other image or so, i'll see if the same thing happens in internet explorer or opera later, it might even be a bug in firefox.

Famous last words if ever I heard them. So what if you've just had the line replaced from the border to your premises? I'm wearing shoes. Doesn't mean my connection is beyond fault.

Indeed it's a loading problem and the fact that this happens every other one proves that even more :D
That happens to me sometimes if my connection has problems or just feelin slow that day.

On rare occasion your browser will download the image while the rotator script is still writing the image file so it will appear blocky, just waiting a while will refresh a new copy.
