Since you only resized and added in text and little details...the wallpaper is mostly likely not going to be accepted. You need to add more of your own creative elements.
Yeah thats right and in the other hand it's still haven't got pretty good quality^^ Try some better next time;)

It looks a little blurred and real crowded in my opinion, and the colors make me loose what I an looking at for some reason, it may be just me.
The lowest resolution accepted at the wallpaper gallery is 1024 x 768
if your wallpaper doesn't measure up to that, it has no prayer of getting accepted
it'll be millions of times better... if you can vector the characters and make a different background~ ^^

Let's see,, the only way i can see this getting accepted is vectoring. because the scan you chose was ...too small, which is hard to work with. you sure that's not some one else's wall?
